You can install spacers on any trim! Here are the Mudflaps I purchased: www.rpmtesla.com/products/model-y-mud-flaps-screwless-type-set-of-4-from-39?variant=33087072305206¤cy=USD&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIt87_35qhhAMVQRKtBh3gEwQZEAQYASABEgJrQPD_BwE
Car looks awesome, Would the car handle better if I put spacers on the stock 21's? I'm wondering if spacers would help with handling on spirted twisty roads or are they not reommend for enthusiast drives.
Is that paint or a wrap? That color of the car and the color of those brakes looks awesome together! BTW be careful using the impact with black lug nuts - it can mark them up pretty good if you aren't careful.
I haven’t noticed and I don’t think wheel spacers would have an effect. I think wheel sizes and tires sizes may have more of an effect. Plus I’ve only driven the model y for 3k miles in total 😅
I did not do an alignment after installing the spacers. I don’t think it was necessary as my ride height wouldn’t have changed so the camber or alignment shouldn’t have changed
Bad idea to have the edges of the tire stick beyond the body like that. Now the front tires will kick rocks into the paint (which Tesla was already notorious for) and you will get tons of rock chips in your rear door and rear wheel flares. Looks good though!
Fitment is spot on 🔥
🙌
Also good practice to apply anti seize compound between the spacer and hub to avoid corrosion and seizing.
Great upgrade and video!
Thank you!
love it!!!!
Thanks!
Nice green color 🤩
Thank you 😊
So what was the offset on your new set of rims?
Thanks for the video!!! Link to buy!!! For a model 3, 15mm on the 4 wheels? Or 15/20mm
Nice Job
Thanks Todd!
thanks for the video, i have my 295 in the rear and it look like it got 15mm spacer on alredy lol
Haha anytime! And yes, it makes a big difference with the wider tires on the wheels 🙌 much better
Hello, I am run 275 front with 1 inch drop too, do you think 20mm spacer fit? Or only 15mm?
What did the wheel and tire setup cost you?
Looks nice can you put those on a LR Model Y? Also, do you have a link for the mud flaps?

What springs did you use to drop it? Did you replace stock shocks? Looks sexy
H&r springs! Just a mild drop

Thank you! I’m unsure if it has an affect on the handling 😅
Kepp an eye in your wheel bearings overtime spacers can cause damage to them.
Will do!
So basically you ordered the wrong wheels and had to add spacers. Right
I recently picked up a Model Y RWD and i'm interested in putting wheel spacers on it.
Does anyone know if this affects any part of the warranty?
Congrats on the pick up! I don’t think it’ll void any warranty but I’d confirm with Tesla
@@terrysteslagarage91 Thanks for the answer

It's the green ppf that you can have Tesla put on
Have you notice a loss in range? If yes, how much?

After installation, does your steering wheel at 65 mph not shake slightly?
Not at all!
@@terrysteslagarage91 Did you do alignment after installing spacers?

That’s good to know! I have fender flares I’ve been putting off but will be installing soon 😉
He's got mud flaps he should be fine
You on springs?
