First Pro MB lesson that worked for me thanks! Just was wondering if sidechaining kick in to the bass should be more on mid more more on side in the Stereo Link section? Thats where it gets a bit confusing to me. Also this track is amazing what artist and song is it?

Just felt like saying this to you so you can polish your videos more everytime, you really do explained things so well
I got the waves multiband back at the time because it was cheap to start off with and learn. But now since I been practicing more I should have just saved up for this. Sucks the fabfilter products are always so expensive. I really want Pro L and saturn

When I apply extreme compression(lowest threshold + range/infinite ration/low attack/low release) to a sound on pro MB, the moment I use the ''Band Level'' gain ( which looks like a ''make-up'' gain) and level the sound back to where it was before the compression, I hear near no difference between the compressed sound and the uncompressed sound. So it makes me feel like the actual compressor doesn't compress...
Hello ! I don't have the sidechain at the left of the MB (with gain/mix/mute). Is it because I don't have the good version of ableton ? I have 10.0.1 version
@@samsmyers It's the same problem on VST and AU. I have the sidechain mode in the Vst but the problem is on the ableton interface. To root the internal signal. I don't have the window where you choose "Drums"

yea I snagged one of the bundles for a good discount a few years ago during one of the Black Friday sales.
Ciao DOC, Using your own MID/SIDE settings, I noticed that; raising the level of a band set to SIDE only also raises the MID signal.
Why?
Then I read the manual and I solved it, but it's quite inconvenient to do!
