Just wanted to caution others that when you adjust the rod, there should be a little slack. You don't want to preload the clutch which would prevent it from fully disengaging.
I also did this and it works. No more grind! I also installed perrin mount inserts its even smother.

did this plus clutch delay valve on fk2 and gears engauged like butter , but after a couple of months lost 2nd gear , it locked me out
what happened after that buddy
@@Toosmoothtolose i rebuild the gearbox with 1st -2nd gear synchros but the gear engagement is still a bit hard even with new synchros on high revs
