Good video, I moved into a golf cart community about a month ago, and I'm in the market for a cart. The prices are so high though! 10-16k around here. I'm thinking of buying an older model and using your videos to upgrade it. Thanks for sharing.
Seems like even really old worn out POS carts are $6500 and they're 36 volts even.

Having done a bunch of this stuff for equipment, I would go to a pair of double acting air cylinders with flow controls. I just looked on Amazon and the bay and they can be had for cheap.
FWIW, I'm running the blue DC to DC on my 72V as well. I've seen places selling the same one with a sticker over the label saying 72

I'd run a 12v battery after the voltage converter. That way the converter would charge the battery and you'd never have to worry about amp draw.
only problem with that is the converter puts out 12v. Usually battery chargers put out around 13.5-14v. Thought about throwing a 12v lithium in it for just the accessories.
Instead of running a second convertor look into a load shedding relay that'll shut off all accessories except for what you need.
Seems like a tank would make it work faster?
Is there a way to contact you about a question? I just bought a 2019 club car precendent. It does have a lift kit on it. I’ve noticed this cart is a little harder to turn than my others. Not insanely hard. Just not smooth. What could cause this?
