It was. Where do you think has the best "Banh Mi" in Beaumont, Port Arthur, or Mid-County? When I was growing up in Port Arthur, my friend's mom owned a small Banh Mi shop inside of the Saigon Market off of 9th Avenue and Thomas Blvd. That was where we went for Banh Mi often.
