Thanks Marcel for making the time to watch and share your thoughts! 😍 Is it becoming cooler over in Austria? The leaves have started to change colour and fall now here in Paris last week
@@LaurenGraceHarding On one hand here it`s still around 30°C all week, on the other hand first trees (and some ready fruits, like grapes) remember to the autumn already (Buckeye trees). Wishing You a pleasant week 🤗😻💐
A really lovely and informative run through. The collection contains a lot of tempting pieces. About your comment about scarves built into coats, I agree. Besides, I have several of their big scarves that I am looking forward to wearing again. Both with a coat and to snuggle up with on the couch in the evening. I REALLY hope they will make another lowhealed shoe in the patent burgundy color. It is absolutely beautiful. I too live in a country with cobblestones, etc. and opt for lowhealed shoes for everyday use.
Thank you so much, I'm so happy you enjoyed it! Great to hear your thoughts on the Sezane coat and scarf combo 😉 you're right, it's great to be able to change which scarves you'd like to wear, in outfits and at home ❤ And adore your suggestion for a lower heeled Mary-Jane in that colour 😍 I'd love it if they released this option!
A very enjoyable video Lauren. i personally love autumn, its colours, candles, coffee in a cosy cafe with a book in my hand. Parisian cafe vibes are so unique, many nice parks, galleries, museums that the city has to offer. Sezanne has some lovely items of clothing this coming season, a lot of burgundy, rich brown suede jackets, greens, etc. I do like loafers, cords, cardigans and that small crossbody handbag looks well made with gorgeous brown leather. Kind regards Lauren.
Hi Anna, happy Sunday! Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it ❤ I adore how eloquently you've described autumn, I wholeheartedly agree with everything you mentioned 😍 I'm looking forward to my 2nd autumn here in Paris exactly as you've described, it's become one of my favourite seasons as well. All the best for a lovely new week ahead 😘
I’m with you on a black coat. It’s one of the few things I’ve got on my purchase list for this year and I’m hoping Sézane has one coming sometime in the fall/winter season.
Hi Laura, lovely to hear you're on the search for a black coat as well! We'll have to keep a close eye on what Sezane release this year, hopefully we'll be able to find one e love 😍
Lauren I just found your channel a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did, I am loving your videos! I have always really loved the Parisian/French girl style. For this fall I am really loving burgundy, I think its such a beautiful color. I would love to add Sézane’s Milo Classic bag in burgundy to my wardrobe as well as the Emile cardigan in garnet. 💖
Hi Amy, thanks so much for your lovely message and support, that means a lot to me and I appreciate it ❤❤❤ Love your fall picks, it is a beautiful colour, and will be popular in 2024! 😍 Great selections from Sezane, both the bag and that cardigan would be perfect for the new season 😘
I’m also a cool-toned gal and Sezane has been only using warm-toned colors for almost a year. There isn’t much for me in their new collection. But, thanks for your review🙂
Hi Kimberly, thanks for sharing and I completely understand the struggle as a cool-toned sister 😉 This is one of the reasons autumn is tricky for me with colours
I had exactly the same thought when I saw those chunky black loafers with the buckles and white socks. When I was in high school in Australia in the late 90s, that style of shoe was all the rage with the cool girls, and I just can't 😅. Instant flashbacks.
Fall is coming and yea the clothing for the season is coming. Yet it’s not yet fall until I see leaves and temps fall around maybe mid October lmao. There is always the false fall warmth. Yesterday went to target to get some Clorox wipes pens and sticky notes with other stuff with families buying their kids back to school products. What was your favorite back to school item for school and what you wished you had. Me personally a lunch box and 128 crayola colors lol. Good content as usual hopefully you have idea in the catalog what you like to have.
It's surely on it's way Irvin! The leaves in Paris around my neighbourhood have already started changing colour and falling off last week, very early and I was a bit surprised to be honest 😯 Ah back to school shopping is so fun! 💯 I like your bts top picks ❤ Personally I loved new notebooks and pens, oh and a pencil case, plus eraser, pencil sharpener and highlighters!
I love those burgundy T-bar MJs, too, but have the same objection - the heel is too high. I wish they made a similar shoe with the mid, block heel of the Paula Babies.
Hi Lauren, you’ve put together a great video. I have to say, I’m a little disappointed in the dress selection, and especially the fact that those nice floral and more abstract figures patterns that made sézane unique seem to be completely gone, in favor of very classic geometric shapes (that are unfortunately boring to me and make me age a lot) . I got the green Sandy skirt in this drop, and I’d love to get the new Mary Janes when my size is back in stock. Other than that I hope they’ll have better selections in the future.
Hi Lidia, thanks so much, it's lovely to hear your feedback and that you enjoyed it 🙏 Oh I know what you mean, the dress selection is disappointing so far - hopefully they can release some stunners soon in the next few drops for autumn 💯 I've always wondered about the Sandy skirt - the green one sounds great for the current season!
We have similar taste! I was watching another influencee (an Aussie too?) who was going through the look book and I didn't really mesh with her style. I ended up buying the garnet Emile, the Chelsea herringbone jacket and that little sleeveless herringbone blouse to go underneath. I didn't really set out to buy the latter, so I'm feeling a bit guilty right now. Anyway, am wondering what pants to pair with besides jeans? Any suggestions, or should I buy the matching Martin trousers that are always way too long on me. Please advise🙏
Hi Pamela, thanks so much for sharing! The items you chose sound really lovely and perfect for the transitional seasons 😍 I noticed that sleeveless blouse underneath, I'm sure once the order arrives you'll be able to see if you want to keep it or return it so no worries there. The material looks divine from what we can see on the website for that piece ❤ I think it would work lovely with jeans like you mentioned, in variety of colours. And the matching Martin trousers it would be perfect! I have to get all trousers form Sezane altered/taken up so understand the struggle. That top looks like it would work with bottoms in white, cream, beige, black, brown... as it's neutral it can work wonderfully with a variety of colours! Even with a knee length or midi skirt, maybe in leather would be lovely for a more dressed up look. I've placed an order including trousers but after placing it, I wondered if I should have gotten the Martin trousers in that herringbone fabric instead - let me know when your order arrives and how the Chelsea jacket and matching top are as I'd love to hear your thoughts!
@@LaurenGraceHarding Thank you for your advice! The Chelsea jacket came, and I do like it a lot. However it's a bit long in the sleeves. ugh. Maybe I'll take it to the tailors.
@pamelaadl9559 that's great to hear you love the jacket 😍 Yes, getting it shortened by a tailor is a good idea, especially if you love the jacket! I've done this with quite a few blazers, jackets and shirts, it makes a big difference in the overall look and fit 💯
I also think that coats with built in scarves are a silly trend. I'd possibly like to switch scarves or sometimes not wear a scarf at all. I'd never buy a good coat with that feature.
Unfortunately, the few Sezane leather clothing items I bought last year are made of goat leather. I had never tried this before and I found that I just can’t tolerate the smell of this leather, it stinks up my whole house. I haven’t worn any of them, I’ve been hot-airing them in my warmest room for almost a year, hoping to reduce the smell, but I might have to just sell them on. I don’t like those hippie padded jackets, we wore those as teenagers in the 1970s. I will check out some of their more classic items, though, based on your suggestions🙂
Thanks for sharing this Kimberly, it's good to know and useful for anyone reading the comments too 🙏 I haven't purchased any items made from leather as yet by Sezane but will avoid goat leather now based on your experience
Would love a video on what cool toned people can wear in Autum!
Hi Claire, thanks for sharing this suggestion! ❤
Love the loafers, I've just brought two suede pairs, a beige with a fringe & a plain chocolate pair. This was enjoyable thsnks ❤😊
Hi Robyn, happy new week! Your new loafers sound gorgeous, great selections especially for autumn 😍 those colours sound perfect!
The suede brown Terry jacket is gorgeous. This will be a 'fight' when it is out.
Hi Annelies, I think you are right about that! 😉 So happy you love the jacket as well ❤
So very nice to get to know some characteristics and more from the Sezane Autumn 2024 collection. I wish You a pleasant week 👗👞👜😍❤

Those cardigans are beautiful ❤
Thanks for sharing Ellie and I agree with you, always hard to just choose one or two from Sezane 😍

Completely understand what you mean - hopefully Sezane can include a mid-sized heel as they seem to release either low or super high 😯

That Chlo blouse is hideous- agree! Amy loafers- great.
Ah glad I'm not the only one who thinks so! 😉 Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts ❤
The Terry jacket you had on screen was not the Suede one. There is a Suede one coming out though, with gold buttons!! It's on my wishlist!
Thanks for clarifying this for me, I appreciate it 🙏 So happy to hear that, it looks like such a gorgeous style of jacket! 😍
I would like to get some item in brown sided, either a jacket or skirt.
That sounds lovely and would be perfect for both autumn and winter 😍
