Man you did a really good job on this load. Im a broker for FedEx Custom Critical and would have wished I had you on all our loads. The broker should have had payment worked out the day you went to get the freight re-wrapped if not earlier than that.
when we received a load like that we just hand stacked onto 2 new pallets took us like 30mins to fix it and we put the open on top, but we always had the same drivers and was all friends
With pallets like that, I would run two 2-inch portable straps front to back, going through the pallet and over the freight. Then run two more 2-inch portables at 90° to the first two. That’s 4 straps per pallet. This will “strap the cargo to its respective pallet”. I would then use two straps across the front of the material (cross strapping), hooking to the wall anchor points and two more across the back (cross strapping) and hooking to the anchor points.

keep grinding big bro✊🏾
You pushing me to wanna drive for your company
Do you own that box truck or just leasing it? Don't let the dock workers drive a forklift in it. Box trucks are not built to have forklifts driven into them.
You’re so wrong. I worked for Conway. We drove in them ALL DAY
@@mochawalnuts so what you're saying is you drove them in just like the guy in the video. Ummm...ok and what's your point dummy? You think cause you drove them in changed the fact that they are not made to have forklifts driven in and out if them? Think before you speak sir.
Never touch your money ...they(broker) can pay with a card
Got two steel loadbars off of Amazon for like $70 bucks. Best place to buy. Crazy man, that broker should of been more honest especially since you fixed their problem f0r them. Alot of these brokers honestly pocket so much money alot of the times its crazy.. Took a load for TQL one time and had to sit at the receiver for 7 hours because they weren't honest about the drop off time, stay away from TQL. But, didn't realize you were based out of Georgia, I grew up there. Moved to Texas about 7 years ago. I self dispatch, honestly if your planning on staying Regional or even OTR aslong as you know how to connect with brokers and use the boards well you don't need a dispatcher. Trying to keep smallest overhead as possible, if you do get a dispatcher though make sure it's someone you can trust because you don't want them screwing you over pocketing money. In this industry theirs alot of that. Great videos though man, congrats.
