Think I messed up the second step - there’s nothing about aligning the notches to connect the power in the user manual. Not able to turn on the bike. Do you have any information on how I can get this working? The battery is working fine and seems to be connected to the bike now(when i switch off the battery the lights turn off slowly, rather than immediately when not connected) but I can’t get it started :(
BUYERS BEWARE. Unfortunately, I have not received my product due to very misleading "Processing & Shipping" times (I've been given different estimates based on who I talk to and when, going from 3-10 to 15-20 days or more) and GeekBuying won't issue a refund. This is the only place where I can advise buyers to be aware of these practices. This is my first time buying from this site so I'm not going to imply that this is common practice but, in my experience so far, the service and logistics was not really good.
Hi Mariano, we totally understand how frustrate you are. We'll ship orders in these two days as Fiido told us that they ran into customs clearance issue :(( But all solved now. Thanks for your patience!
UPDATE. Finally got my bike. All is working well, but I wanted to also like to give my insights to anyone looking to buy this from GK. Total time was 27 days since purchase vs the advertised 3-10 days. There were many different time estimates based on time of day, all inaccurate. When I asked for a refund it was denied and when I wrote a product review that was not positive it was not published. Funny thing is that today I even received an email asking me to send a screenshot of me writing a "positive review" for $10 in credit. What do you make of that?
I hope Your company ships my bikes soon. When i bought i read PL stock, otherwise i would choose other model like d4s or m1... If theres no bike, then Ill kindly ask for a refund. orders: 5343188 and 5343201
Can't wait for this been looking in to e bikes for a bit now and was about to go with the lectric xp or d2s and then seen the d11 announcement now just have to save up be great for getting to college with
Very interesting video that shows us a lot of things that we did not see in the user demonstrations. I can't wait to receive my fido d11. Are there mudguards in the order?
@@geekbuying I have received my Fiido D11. It has not mudguards. Though I have received the bike only. And still waiting for all bonus accessories promised. So maybe it will still come.
We bought two bikes and upon arrival have had faults with both motors and one faulty controller. After a few days Fiido responded to their facebook chat (it's the only way to contact, don't bother with support email etc). The process in this case is that the parts are to be shipped to be replaced at the customers own cost. They are trying to help and plan to make some videos to help me try to do it myself. Just be aware that this is someting to think about when buying eBikes from aborad. What happens when you need to repair them?
@@SleepscapeSerenity hey Pete I bought from the IndiGoGo campaign Fiido did from which they made over a million dollars but they keep deleting any negative comments so I’m commenting on the brand and not geek buying just to be clear. Your aftersales care may still be with Fiido though.
@@SleepscapeSerenity also to add - In the end Fiido just cut all comms and we had to dispose of both bikes after months of wasted time with Fiido. The bikes totally failed and local repair shops in UK did not want to touch them. We bought new bikes locally now. Hey ho.
Hi, How many nuts should there be in the plastic bag to install the mudguards? I only have one. Your video is helpful but not very clear what you use. Thanks

Hi, for the D11 the best price so far is $999, the max speed in electric mode is 25km/h (in moped can reach to 35km/h according to our test) and has a max 100km range! Ful review will be on today, stay tuned!
