very nice... here is an example of someone not doing a 700 video series of a building... 👌👌👌
@@princeyousef2858 you bot dont have GF..
I appreciate that you left in the small fire at the 16:00 mark, glad to see that it was handled calmly.
Thank you for watching M8
hope you find inspiration here
What a great trick with the foil and glass!
I like the music....fits with the hard metal drilling and welding!
And the accidental fire
I can't imagine how much time and effort you spend doing this lathe. Big respect for that.
Ahh man this reminds me of when me and my buddy would work in the shop... Redoing stuff, catching papers on fire... The good ole days!
nice :))
Awesome work. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent Work it’s is very difficult To made a lathe machine but this man perform very difficult work into easy way
Nice project and amazing video
Thanks for sharing
I just want to say WOW! Lots of learning from this video.... thanks
Great video sir.
Very very good 👌👍👍👍
good video
You have a mill. Use dowel pins while you're drilling holes, to locate the plates. Then you don't have to deal with all that misalignment. Also, with your calipers, when you're trying to measure the o.c. distance between the two cap screws, measure the head of one of the screw heads and then zero your calipers at that diameter, then you can measure between the two outside edges of the two screw heads, and it will automatically give you the o.c. distance. Awesome and ambitious project, especially with the limited tools you have at your disposal.
thank you for the info the next time I will apply this :)
That’s a really nice build. Never seen a diy build with a cnc. Really impressive.
There are indeed many videos of diy cnc builds. It is very common now. You should investigate if you found this impressive.
For what the outcome is in this particularly case, that's a hell of a lot of work. Wrong LM guides used. OK for wood or plastic ...not for metal, even aluminum. Spindle bearings are very likely the incorrect bearings as well.
For someone with lots of free time and has equipment and material and wants to make "something", this is pretty good!
Unfortunately, extremely limited practical use "as is".
.
love the music
there is nothing better than the original sound of the equipment working, so you can see how good the equipment was, remove the music at the time of machining, hugs.
Open my mouth with wordless but gives👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Sir, You are excellent.
so much care with that glass trick i also like to work like that {when i can}
Amazing
So, this is what Poly was up to when he was not helping Rocky train... nice!
yes :))
knap gemaakt !!
That's a great build. I'd make the head carriage stop movable. Fantastic work!
Magnificent!!! 👍👍😲
BRAVISSIMO
Uauuuuu
it is a beautiful machine
Wonderful!! Magnifique really wow.
I was searching on how to make a lathe and I found your video wich deeply inspired me on how to make mine. Will be done as soon as I get enough scracps from work!
Thank you sir for this beautiful video
nice
The best project
I like the sped-up music in the background
Very nice! I wish I had a good enough drill press to make this
absolutely magnificent work. Thanks for the inspiration.
I think the concept is great, I don't know the play of the bearings, but I like the Idea of being able to replace everything, I acutally think this is a great idea, that anyone can take , and make improvements or whatever depending on their needs, ppl always think of others ideas as useless because they are only thinking in their needs, maybe this is just perfect for you and hope it works well for you.
this is not homemade this is shop-made haha but none the less great job thumb up
Love the glass calibration technique, good work.
reminds me of homer simpson putting toilet paper on all his shaving cuts... i'll just put a little alfoil here, here, here, here, here, here and a little here and over here all level ;)
Trabalho incrível Parabéns amigo 👍👍👍
Отличная работа! Надеюсь, у вас будет возможность потом выложить видео полной обработки изделия :) Удачи!
Я тоже сделаю :)
хорошая работа👍
So Useful.Great.
Muy bien excelente
The fire catching was very funny. :))
with the tools you have you had to be doing this project for fun, and I can understant that cause I had fun watching, lots of talent great vid THANX
well said THX
Wow, very nice job, inspiring me to want to build my own... I'm torn between something like this vs one of the Chinese mini lathes
Incrível, seu vídeo me encantou 😮
That's great!
great Job, very well done . thanks !!
Muito bom trabalho rapaz isto sim e um mestre e lê fabricou o torninho Lindo trabalho fica na paz você sabe de mais
This is called mechanical engineering...Not a easy job...👍
THX
Look like my You have my screenset!
:)
Thank you for video.
Superbe réalisation un bon coup de chapeau merci beaucoup
Buen trabajo
Very nice👍
Excellent Work !
Very good job! Good video.
I also plan to build a lathe.
Some things I will do differently. Instead of SBR, I will use MGN linear rails.
Thanks for the work!
MGN only have two rows of balls, SBR has 3 and are also adjustable .
الله يعطيك العافية.
bonjour vous faites de la belle ouvrage . pour le sécurité pas de lunettes yeux sont très importants hello you are doing beautiful work. for safety no glasses eyes are very important
Wau :)
🇧🇷 Ficou Top 👍🏿
wow now that is awesome great work
Such a video with such a music must be in black-white mode, with FPS around 20, vignetted and with film grains and dust added. :)
Nice one may make one after i finish my CnC Mill
Exelente!!!!! Saludos desde Argentina.
grear job! i'm goingto build same lathe.
Great job!
16:00 Fire! You should be careful.
Great job
Most aqurated, theoricaly beautiful, fine job,,,,,ultimate standard work by a brilliant man
@@surendrabullets483 Thx M8
Hmm good job but you should apply cover on screw
Very cool!
Brilliant!!!!!!
thank you for answering me .... please recommend me a model, you are the most knowledgeable to recommend me something good ... thank you!
Great work, you are on fire 😉 !!!!
VERY GOOD!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!
Wow great work! And you did it all by hand and on a drill press!
Now with that stepper powered table just add a vertical drill and you can mill as well.
this is another fun project to do
i keep it in mind thx
👌
"O fuck" Pretty much a universal language.
jep
świetny projekt 👍👍👍
Planning on making a cnc mill, have a manual lathe. Not going to do a cnc lathe, seems very dangerous since without a strong enclosure, anny a crash can be fatal.
Is it easier if you draw parts in fusion 360 and then edit them on a cnc lathe, or am I wrong :)
Love the leveling with the glass plate (how do you know this is sufficiently flat?).
And of course the shims made from euh...zilverpapier.
The glass plate was first tested on a granit fitting table with ink paste. And was 100% flat. And I still think silver paper is the best for thickening.
Я полагаю, что грузоподъёмности подшипниковых опор недостаточно. Поэтому работать будет можно только на высоких скоростях, с малым съёмом металла. Но это не уменьшит производительности ЧПУ станка.
Awesome work man!
And the best part is Trailer Park boys was on your TV in the background lol.
Great build. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week 😎
Ești tare flăcău
what method did you apply to align the longitudinal linear bearings with the spindle axis and the lead screw? how did you find the perpendicularity of transversal and longitudinal linear bearings?
Well done, Mr., well done. =)
que bacan amigo tu mismo te haces tu torno cnc , muy bueno
thx
A lot of work nice done in half an hour 😆😉 Maybe its the camera angle but it looks like you have very little travel in the cross slide, ok for small shafts but anything bigger i see a limit. So easy to remedy as you built it yourself.
300 mm on X 125mm on Z :)
made a cnc mill, had for years...have manual lathe, but would never be brave enough to trust cnc on it, stuff up to much without it
Show!!
I really enjoyed wanted to see your fire dance💃 have fun 🤩
I wondered were Paulie had got to (Rocky) He's busy making cool Lathes on UA-cam
:)
whats the wobble like of those linear bearings? its seems like a cheap way to make the slide, but compared to a dovetail and gib, it seems like there be a certain amount of play in the bearing that you could never adjust, which would make getting a good finish on parts pretty impossible.
Круто
A lot of work but I am asking ... why did you not use the screw covers? Summing great work :)
Muito bom 👍, forte abraço de nós do CANAL FERREIRA MOTOS 👍
Ок.👍🔥
Fire!! OHHH FARRRK
ahaha fire)))))))) like)
