Okay this goes straight to the 'listen to repeatedly for the rest of my life' playlist
It's called shivering or shuddering.
Basically when you get cold your body starts shivering in order to warm itself up.
Not much unlike you starting to move around to warm yourself up, shivering is the automatic response of the body.
It can also happen when you feel cold but aren't really cold.
So basically... you shake in the cold... cuz you feel cold.
With the question somewhat answered I can now say that this is a good song.
