So much appreciate! I’m a young man trying to do this solo and this helped a lot! Straight to the point and you told boot sizes, always appreciate that!
This video was awesome. Very easy to follow and had some solid pro tips mixed in. I used it to change the headlights on my 2011 F150 and it worked perfectly. Thank you
FIRST! Headlights can surprisingly be a big deal. I was working as a manager at Advance Autoparts when the new VW Bug came out. We always replaced wiper blades and most bulbs for free. One night a Bug came in (driven by a very pretty blond) that needed a headlight bulb. A coworker and I spent 30 minutes trying to sort out just HOW to get at the bloody bulb! It was encased in plastic and we were afraid of breaking it. We finally gave up and told her to take it to the dealer. Broke my heart to have to give up on something that's suppose to be simple.
Well you always gotta help a VW Bug driver! Oh man that's tough, should have given her your number and told her you'd fix it off your shift lol Thanks for watching!
I've gotta do this on my truck, thanks for the video. The last bulbs I replaced were in a 2005 Tahoe, toolless removal. Had to go buy some tools so I could change a light bulb, so strange to me.
Easy peasy thanks to your video! Nice job on explaining everything in detail. I did find using a small flat head screwdriver helped out when taking the plug off the bulb.
I bought these and installed them on my 2014 f150 and they work good with no codes. Only beef I have is the fans run all the time your using your headlights and you can hear them. Other than take they are pretty solid
@@2carpros yeah man np. They are good for the money. As bright as they are I thought I would get on coming cars flashing at me thinking mine was on bright but that hasn’t happened at all
Here's a question : My power point is always on, I have to unplug devices like my camera, else it will run on battery all night. Would these fans be the same, running on power ? Or only while running
Thank you so much for your description of how to change the bulb in your F150. I’ve done it before but it’s been a while and I didn’t want to break any tabs so I made sure to pay close attention to how you did yours. I too would like to change to LEDs one day I just don’t have the money for it so I just put the basic stuff back in. I look forward to more instructional videos to help some of us out.
Thank you for the helpful information you provide for cheap guys like me. I was able to change my filter the other day; now I'm going to change my old lights. 👍🏽
Pretty sure it’s technically illegal to put LED into a mirrored halogen headlight. Which is why they’re all advertised as “fog light bulbs”. Might want to add that disclaimer.
Those halogen bulbs go in one way it will not go in the wrong way so if it doesn't fit in snug just turn the bulb until it does you will see that one spot is larger where the bulb drops in.
A question, why don't those lights come on on my 2013 F150 or the quarters? Can you tell me the problem please? I would appreciate it. Do you know if it's a fuse? Can you tell me which one it is?
Any advice on how to know if the light beam pattern has changed after installing new headlight bulbs? I don’t know if my beam pattern is correct or not on my F-150? Thanks.
Hey man. i’m a 17 yr old, just bought a 13 F150 with factory halogen bulbs. how would one go about changing them from halogens too LED’s? Would i need a all new Housing or just do something with the bulbs.
Great video! I'm putting new LED's in my 2011 Raptor. Did you ever replace those floppy rubber cooling flaps and if so, do you have a Ford part # for them? Mine are worn out too. Thanks!
Sorry but I can’t help but be disappointed when someone says the vehicles old enough for materials to be falling apart on a 10 + or - year old vehicle. Doesn’t say a lot for what we are calling a quality vehicle these days. Great video thanks.
I wish every YT video was as efficient!!! Well done and thanks!!!

Do you have a part number on the deflector flaps ?
This video helped me a lot. But my LED lights couldn’t line up at 3 and 9 like yours did.
Shouldn't they line up at 12 & 6?
Did you not need the anti warning cancelation?
Any advice on how to know if the light beam pattern has changed after installing new headlight bulbs? I don’t know if my beam pattern is correct or not on my F-150? Thanks.
The bulb only goes in the one way. Shouldn't change any kind of patterning. Thanks for watching!

Because stock is what the manufacture recommends. Thanks for watching!
Fuckin ford. Can’t make things easy lmao. Even my Jetta you could get to it from the hood.
