Qiujie talks about two inspirational women in her life. Her curiosity and willingness to learn have roots in her family, in particular from her mother (a teacher) who has always been encouraging her to learn, supporting her to continue her PhD study.
The other person is her colleague Prof Susan Parnell. The inspirationa not only comes from the achievement Prof Parnell has made, but also her vision to think about a big picture. Prof Parnell is a brilliant leader in management and communication.
