Nice video. I’ve lived in the major neighborhoods in Quincy over the years; each experience was great and unique. Rich history, diverse food options, beaches, parks, public transit, etc. It’s a shame with the MBTA breakdown/slowness in recent months; otherwise, it’s pretty easy/fast to get from Quincy to surrounding towns via public transit. They should also add a fast lane/highway/bridge from Quincy to Boston.
I feel like it would be more wise to use that kinda of money to fix the redline, and build barriers for the bike lanes, especially on Newport ave and Quincy shore.
Thank you! The Quincy Market is doing very well and holding up nicely compared to other markets. Same story with the number of sales being down and prices being up. But the inventory has increased in the 50 unit neighborhood (for single families) for some time now. It hasn't really broken through that barrier. Another big factor that I believe will insulate Quincy a little more is that they are eligible for the $50,000 grant money for first time home buyers. I believe this will help stimulate the bottom price range which will help throughout all the other price ranges. Are there any specific questions that you have about the market that I can touch on?

4:10 The building shown as North Quincy high School is in fact the Central Middle School, located on Hancock Street in Wollaston.
Great catch!
