I want to know what you think, if you live in MA were you surprised at all at my choices? If you are not in Ma, is this helpful at all?
Perfect timing! Thank you
I am glad it was helpful, Alina World Journal
Both Winchester and Woburn have the benefit of having the commuter rail. With a trip on the commuter rail, you can get to PO Square in as little as 30 minutes.
The info is very useful. thx
Happy to hear that, Allen Babroudi
Thanks for your introduction. Would you give a Vlog about Canton? I want to move to Boston, but I don't know which one is suit to me.
Sure, I can put that on my list, Chenbaobao Ll
If you love to bike, Lexington and Arlington have the great advantage of a bike path that takes you right into Alewife, at the start of the red line. Or ride thru Cambridge and right into Boston. Lots of options...
@derbagger22 True! It's awesome
Nice video
Thank you, appreciate it!
If in Newton, taking the green line OR the commuter rail will both work. The commuter rail is likely a better choice if you are closer.
@derbagger22 agree!
NorthEast is where it’s at!!
Hello, I’m a Spanish university student that’s studying physiotherapy and in the future I really would like to live in Boston. I was wondering if you would recommend any places that are good to start a new life there, places with no burbs and that give you the opportunity to meet new people. I have a car license so moving around isn’t that much of a problem
Well, it really depends on your budget, @Joaco_069. The Seaport is a great new-ish neighborhood with a cozy feel but the rents are high. It's not suburban at all, looks like a new city in the old city of Boston. East Boston is also great, rents are much cheaper
We are looking for a diverse suburb near Burlington, Mass. with a good high school. Any recommendations?
@Carol S, all the towns are basically diverse. Burlington itself has pretty good schools.
I live in Plainville. A bit south but a very nice town to live in. Small, family friendly, roads are good and paved, vios coming soon, and close to highways and shopping areas with Providence only about a half hour away depending on traffic.
Thanks for that info, @Jon-Michael Berglund!
Thank you.
All i need is money. I am a single person working as a nurse in downtown Boston.
When the time is right, reach out to a reputable lender, they will tell you what you need to do and set goals for you. Maybe you are closer to home ownership than you realize, d3r3kyasmar! Let me know if I can help
Noune, I am looking for perhaps the impossible combination. I want a city vibe, no burbs, diversity, great transportation links and no need for a car, and good junior/senior high schools for my kid. Where should I go? Am really limited to Boston, Brookline and Cambridge if those are the criteria?
Hi Chac, thanks for reaching out. Even Cambridge and Brookline have areas that have the burb vibe. It’s tough to be without a car, unless you live on a bus or T line. Some areas in Brookline and Newton will fit your criteria. Boston proper schools are not ranked as high as in some suburbs. Hope that helps, if you need more info it’s a longer conversation, feel free to contact me
@@BostonAreaHomes hi can I contact u we need more information we moving there soon
@@Classic_Abena yes, of course, my email is in the description
Whenever I watch these clips about Boston, they talk about the suburbs, but does anyone live in downtown Boston ?
I have many videos about Boston. Check them out on my channel.
Our families and friends are looking at homes in Newton,Wellesley, Weston. Are they looking at the wrong area?
Those are amazing towns, they are looking at the right places. My list took into consideration the prices of homes, very expensive towns didn't make the cut because of that. Let me know if I can be of any help @Ben H
Which one is bet for kids education n atmosphere
I'd like to buy a house for about 3-4x median family income. Anywhere like that around there?
@glorgau Watch my video about the most affordable homes in Massachusetts ua-cam.com/video/fOplXx0ksjU/v-deo.html
Let me know if you can find a house under 400,000 anywhere 30 miles north of Boston. Good luck.
Probably a run down place somewhere in the boonies, maybe
There’s a town called Groveland that is pretty affordable. I’m not sure if it’s 30 miles exactly but it’s up by Haverhill. Check it out.
We buy home near bostan please guide two bed room
Good job. .. great video. Wouldnt mind living here at all. Check out Taylor's grand adventures for great travel videos
All the towns around Boston are pretty scummy. You need to move way out West or way up North like Manchester or Hamilton or Essex. The South Shore is nice is some areas. Places like Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard are nice.
Boston is getting more and more expensive. Nice state though
Yes, New England Hoods TV, the prices will stop growing at some point and hopefully we will go back to a balanced market, like in 2019
None of those towns are good.
@Jessica J do you have any towns that you like in MA?
You are funny 😁
