476 is back! I rode behind her in - oh, my god - 1965. Man, does this bring on a wave of nostalgia.
Wow, I didn't even know what narrow gauge was then. Hope you didn't drown!
That's phenomenally epic!
Hey Bob !! When Jim Boyd did his video of the train, he DIDN"T like the fake "diamond stack " & Made note of it !! 😵😵 With the steam of fire from under the firebox just in front of the rear trailing wheels ,, good that the ties were covered with "Ballast "" ?? Great work & Thanks again !!! 🤠😎😮👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks K B, always appreciate your comments and watching.
Wow what a beautiful video! It couldn't be more perfect!
You are so kind, Thanks for watching and commenting.
Rode behind 476 in 2019. It was awesome watching her work up to silverton. Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it, Thanks for watching.
A phenomenal ride, with a fantastic train and great sound. Thank you for showing me
Many thanks!
I rode behind 476 last Labor Day Weekend and it was a lot of fun. She put on quite the show working hard up to Silverton. 476 is a beautiful locomotive.
Awesome video of 476. Thanks enjoyed watching 👍👍👍
Yes!! Always love the pacing videos. Thanks Bob.
The thing that took me the most surprised about this charter is that the passenger cars got relettered to D&RG
Thanks ATSFEvan02 for watching and commenting. I'm guessing the lettering is just a vinyl sticker as is the tender. Still a lot of work by Shaun and others.
