Hands down the best design i have seen to date. Well done. It will be a long time til i could attempt to do this. I do not have the space or tools for such a large project. But i love this skirt design as well as the main body. Performance seems better than most versions i have seen. And the electronics for this kind of thing is not cheap. Thats another thing holding me back. Just curious as to how strong the lift motor has to be. I dont see it needing to be near as strong as the drive motors. But allways good to ask questions
Thanks for your kind comments. all 3 motors are the same, however the lift motor runs at idle and the rear fans normally at 100% The electronics are the awkward bit, but i think it would be possible to use a aircraft transmitter and drive it like a tank?
Holy cow 🐄 that's awesome !

Muchas GRACIAS
Can’t wait for the Arduino part
Nice work
Nice build!!
How much weight can yours hold? Have you tried that out?
It managed to hold a full size car battery at about 20Kg!
oh, really great work. very clean.
how can we build one of them? can we have cad files?! or do you have any other cad file of a hovercraft?!
sure, if you give me your email address i will send you over the cad files
@@mrfid72 Thank you so much. this is my email address: here you are: M.homayoun1997@gmail.com

Thanks
@@mohammadrezahomayoun48 i have just sent the plans to you, please let me know if you don't get them. Thanks Martin
@@mrfid72 amazing job, is it too much to ask for the electronics material you used, my email addres is ariel.bonilla@mx-energia.com
Everything is easy on ice. Obviously it won't do well on uneven surfaces.
Correct, if you get up momentum then you will bump over objects but no way will this run on grass.
@@mrfid72 Versions without skirts can rise higher and go smoothly on uneven surfaces."Excuse me for my English. google translate"
I have added gyros to two of my hovercrafts a few years ago and it is a way better hover experience...
That's cool !! Can I have cad files??
sure, just let me have your email address i will send them over.
made skirt?
skirt is made in part 2
not to be mean but nice project dad
Thanks, i only use the kids as an excuse to make stuff!
