You almost forget how slow the pre-merge is because of Penner and the Aitu 4. Being left with a final 7 with the only obvious all-star being Rupert is the basis of why that season is such a bummer.
I'd say an underrated bad boot order is ghost island. The entire pre merge is littered with the more interesting characters and people like Sebastian Angela and Chelsea make it far. It might be saved by Dom and Wendell making it far, but I'd rather have the first 8 boots than the final 8

Since the first 3 all had 2 full seasons of being the main character and Tyson had 1.5. I don't feel like we needed more of them compared to some of the people we DID get more of on WAW
Koh Rong deserves a mention. Everyone that makes the merge brings a lot to the season, and it has one of if not the best finale cast of all time. You should do a video discussing the top 5 million dollar mistakes. It’s a fascinating survivor topic with decisions that litterly impacted seasons many years later. Just an idea
I'm gonna put Marquesus on my list. Hunter and Gabriel, at the time, felt like shocking early boots, but they are perfect in depicting the rise of Rob and John's power positions in their respective tribes. Rob is a solid merge boot, but instead of the more entertaining ally Sean following him out, John gets his comupance in the first big post merge power shift in the history of the game, then watching his alliance fall like dominoes is very satisfying, leaving this oddball alliance of convenience in the final 5 to hash it out. We get the first rock draw ever taking out Pascal, and Kathy, our most complex character of the season, as our fallen angel in the final vote. All and all a good story.
Idea for a future video: the contestants who were on a tribe with everyone else from their season. As far as I can tell, it’s only happened to 11 people in 6 seasons, so that’s a nice concise number for a video.
Rob, Vecepia and Sean in Marquesas Denise in Philippines Spencer and Wigglesworth in Cambodia Aubry and Michaela in Game Changers Libby in Ghost Island Emily in 45 Whos the missing one?
Panama's boot order also deserves the top rank because the boot order is four women, then four men, and then alternating woman, man all the way to the end, with a final four from each of the starting tribes.

I think the only argument against the number one spot would be the final 2 being pretty disappointing, especially compared to the rest of the end gamers, but I think the journey was worth the destination here.
I'd disagree and give the top spot for that to season 10, because the pre jury had the right people go at the right time, and Jessie getting evicted when he did really made the endgame very fun to watch, because living in a world where we don't get the fireworks that happen right after the Jessie vote and the genesis of Dan's genius with the veto roulette move would be a real tragedy

Speaking of boot order, can you pretty please with a cherry on top do another the bootlist like you did David vs Goliath four years ago I loved that video
I imagine the Worst Boot Order list will probably be (in no order): Ghost Island (Naviti strong causes the more interesting players out of the game early with Kellen and later Dom and Wendell streamrolling everyone) Island of the Idols (that big old Dan stink) All Stars (the actual All Stars being voted out premerge) Game Changers (the actual Game Changers being voted out premerge, Advantagegeddon takes away what would’ve been the only satisfying winner left at the finale) South Pacific (Upolu’s Pagonging of Savii because of Cochran’s flip ruins what could’ve been an interesting merge) World’s Apart (the first two voted out in So and Vince had the most potential of the cast)
The best boot order but Cirie goes out 4th place and we get a pretty boring final 2 in Aras and Danielle. I would’ve thought that China would be on this list. The only flaw I see is that Erik makes the final 6 and not Frosty, Jamie, or Sherea
I did wonder if premise of this video is flawed since it could just be editing. Producers probably gave more and better editing to players that got far. Then realized there’s no editing that can make la Mina seem more entertaining than Casaya
I was really surprised by the stuff that got put on this list. I'll admit it made me look at Vanuatu in a more favorable light. And I enjoyed this alternate perspective on Palau, even though I disagree with a lot of it. But I'll always wonder how Vanuatu would have been different if Dolly hadn't been turned on in one of the First episodes period. For what an early boot she was, I'm surprised that both my parents and I all agreed that we really liked her. In fact, after her I could never settle on anyone to root for. And I definitely disagree with this guy about Chad. Chad was a cool guy. Honestly he might have been my favorite person (morally, not as a TV character) in the season post-merge.
I remember watching Cagayan when it first aired when I was 10 and I’m so freaking glad it was my first introduction to Survivor. Was a fun experience all the way through and to see some of my favorite players show up in Cambodia a few seasons later felt so awesome to me! Tho the only player I really wish that came back was Trish tho… Her final tribal speech and her snarky attitude made me love her

If I may, I would actually like to nominate Guatemala for worst boot order, specifically after the swap with the four most likeable/relatable characters (Brian, Margaret, Ami and Brandon) all leaving before the jury. So by the jury phase, everyone is either too aggressive (Judd, Jamie Stephenie), weird (Gary, Bobby Jon, Rafe) or under edited (Danni, Lydia, Cindy) to have characters you actually root for.

World’s Apart (the first two voted out in So and Vince had the most potential of the cast)
Cant wait for the opposite list next week :)
4:05 you didn't find Kava Matt interesting?!?
"Kavaaaaaaaa 🥴"
The best boot order but Cirie goes out 4th place and we get a pretty boring final 2 in Aras and Danielle.
I would’ve thought that China would be on this list. The only flaw I see is that Erik makes the final 6 and not Frosty, Jamie, or Sherea
Worst boot orders, hmm
GAMECHANGERS, WAW, IOI, All Stars, Ghost Island, South Pacific, Cook Islands are prob some of my guesses.
Bobby, James, and Rory never coming back is so sad
I wanna see Woo play again
I remember watching Cagayan when it first aired when I was 10 and I’m so freaking glad it was my first introduction to Survivor. Was a fun experience all the way through and to see some of my favorite players show up in Cambodia a few seasons later felt so awesome to me!
Tho the only player I really wish that came back was Trish tho… Her final tribal speech and her snarky attitude made me love her
All killer no filler!
Calling panamas boot order perfect is a stretch but it’s close, so so close
Idea: Ranking locations the show has used
Borneo
Australian Outback
Africa
Marquesas
Thailand
The Amazon
Pearl Islands
Vanuatu
Palau/Micronesia
Guatemala
Cook Islands
Fiji (Macuata)
China
Gabon
Tocantins
Samoa
Nicaragua
The Philippines (Caramoan)
The Philippines (Palalui)
Cambodia
Fiji (Mananuca)
Fiji (Mananuca)
Fiji (Mananuca)
Fiji (Mananuca)
Fiji (Mananuca)
If I may, I would actually like to nominate Guatemala for worst boot order, specifically after the swap with the four most likeable/relatable characters (Brian, Margaret, Ami and Brandon) all leaving before the jury. So by the jury phase, everyone is either too aggressive (Judd, Jamie Stephenie), weird (Gary, Bobby Jon, Rafe) or under edited (Danni, Lydia, Cindy) to have characters you actually root for.
You should do funniest fake idol plays
Jefra was amazing stop being a hater
Vanuatu isn’t a bad season honestly granted the first like five episodes are slow until the earthquake episode where the season picks up
Good thing Game Changers isn’t here 😂
Cagayan will always be my favorite survivor season
Based on how often you have bashed the boot order in previous videos, unless you're deliberately excluding returnee seasons, I'm sure Game Changers will be #1 next week.
Ngl, I don’t think Winners at War is gonna be here 😔
Tocantins boot order totally suck! and also Palau, such bad taste 😂😂
Tocantins is great as a bullet list but dragged out way too long when you're actually watching it
if you're doing a worst list, I can only assume WaW is number 1
Palau could have been better if Stephanie made it even further. I remember my interest in the season went way down after she left
Ulong flavorless? Lmao what?
So fun! :))
Why’s it called ‘East Palestine’ when it’s very clearly west of the Middle East?
first!
I AM A HUGE LAMINA FAN AND HATE KA'SIA! They are soo sweet, nice and kind!!! I loveee them. The Panama boot order feels like the worst int he history of the show, i wanted Terry or Astronaut Dan or Cirie to win :(
boring old seasons
😂 better than any of the new seasons. Outta here with that!!
@@elgringolocoMaldonado dude probably thinks advantages and sob stories are what make survivor great 😂. New Era isn’t even survivor, it’s unwatchable crap
In what universe are Tocantins or Exile Island boring?
