Awesome video! Thanks for the education. I own 4 t190s, one at 2600 hrs, been burning oil since 1200 hrs or so, quart or so per week more with heavy use , bought used and still runs fine. Need to replace the Hydro stat pump trying to decide if I should go ahead and replace engine while out. Waiting on quotes from my local Bobcat dealer. Your thoughts?
Machine has 4500 hours. It blew a small coolant hose on the oil cooler, and lost all coolant. Operator severely overheated engine and the head cracked and dropped a valve. Regular maintenance was up to date but coolant hoses were all original.
With the engine removal is there any reason you didn’t remove the pumps and the whole tray the engine mounts onto versus just removal of the engine as you did?
Thanks for the comment, boths machines are very good machines and I enjoy working on both. The T190 is easier to work on if you dont have access to dealer computer software.
Thanks for the video you make look so easy lol I have 96 753 Bobcat and I think my Engine is locked up . Should I Rebuild the Engine or buy a Reman!!!. Being that I have to replace Fuel Tank and Motor Mounts ? Whats do you recommend doing ? Thanks

Awesome job
Sounds sweet. Ballpark figure .. what did that sucker cost?
Complete job around 8k
Great Job , How many hours were on the original engine ? Was failure due to lack of being taken care of ?

Would you rather work on a T-190 or a T-550? Which machine seems to hold up better? I really enjoy the videos, thank you!

If the engine locked up I would probably get a reman for it. I think the reman is faster, easier, and has warranty
Hi, your videos are great. I have a Bobcat T190 and it doesn't go away. Do you have any idea what it might be?
