My first house and I bought it in an HOA community I'm 68 years old looking to retire in a couple of years so trying to save money unfortunately my roof started leaking and I was told by our old HOA management that we had to pay for roof replacements as they do not cover the cost so after spending $5500 which is money I could’ve used. Now we are under new management and was told that the roof was indeed covered by the HOA and I was lied to this is an amazing thing that these guys are doing. They have restored my faith in humanity, even though I was practically robbed of the money that could’ve been spent on important things. but I am not jealous of these people who get free roofs as a matter of fact, I feel really good for them. I wish it was me unfortunately it wasn’t.
