Just teardown
Then you must open the back cover then open inside the circuit cover then disconect the battery from circuit simple. You cn disconect every battery from mobile, except if its solderd then u must desoldered frst wt solder iron then remove it.

It should work, I tried this method on my Micromax Tablet with non-removable battery and the Stock ROM was installed.
Bro agar battery non removable hai toh jabtak pink waala jo line hai uske complete hone tak mobile ko usb se connect mat karna aur jab woh full ho jaye toh usb se connect karke volume up button ko 10 seconds tak press and hold karna iske baad flash ho jayega.
Note-agar volume up button se nhi huwa toh volume down ka use karna mere case mein volume up se huwa thaa

Everything that is on internet not true. Battery is needed to start the flash. How you're supposed to update a firmware without battery.. I've updated coolpad note3 to marshmallow with sp falsh tool without removing the battery as it has non removeable battery..
