@@ranaisadoll While I am relatively new to the field (I have only been doing digital marketing for about 2 years) I am happy to share what I have learned. Copywriting is a great skill, but I would also suggest data analytics and platform-specific ad trainings. A big platform used for analytics in a lot of places is google analytics, and they have some free trainings that you can complete and put on a resume. As far as digital marketing platforms, each one is different and has its unique quirks. My role primarily uses Facebook ads manager (which also covers Instagram ads), google search and display ads, and UA-cam ads. There are certifications for each platform that you can get and those will definitely help get you started in each platform. From there I would say get comfortable with understanding custom audiences to reach specific markets. There are a million and one ways to set up a digital advertisement, so understanding the overall campaign goal and in turn what audience to serve your ads to is a huge benefit in any digital advertising role. Sierra's face when she first heard the baby's heartbeat on the fetal doppler was so sweet! It really is amazing how emotional you get when you hear your baby's heartbeat or see them on the ultrasound.
Because the normal resting heart rate for adults is lower (between 60 and 100bpm), you were definitely just hearing your sweet baby girl's heartbeat when you were seeing those numbers. ♡♡♡♡♡

The causebox is a cool idea but continually buying random stuff you don't really need is like the opposite of sustainable... even if those products themselves are reusable...
@Yashita Bansal yeah but using things you already have or things purchased second hand are way more sustainable than creating new items. Sure you can use another reusable water bottle, but if you already have a couple that work just fine, a new one is wasteful. Or for example, that face scrubber thing. That's not something sierra would have ever purchased if it wasn't for the box. That's wasteful, she got it just because it was in the box. Just because she keeps it doesn't make it not wasteful. Every item takes energy to create, package, and ship. Purchasing more things is inherently more wasteful than not purchasing them.
@@SuperJezzara either way she could always donate it to thrift stores or gift it to a friend, so it really isn't extremely terrible in my opinion, plus she's supporting small businesses which a lot of them look to be online anyways. @@SuperJezzara very good points! I never understand these subscription boxes from a financial standpoint either. People say they are getting a great deal because they only have to pay (for example) $50 per quarter when each box is valued at $200. sierra you seem so much happier!!! I can tell so much that your break helped (and I'm sure the joy of pregnancy helps too!!) because you are so much sillier and your smile is contagious. Love love love seeing you thrive
Hi Sierra! I’m a labor and delivery nurse, and I use Dopplers similar to the one you bought all the time at work, and you were definitely finding your own heartbeat! Those numbers on the screen were not accurate at all. Baby’s heartbeat will sound much faster, higher pitched, and more staccato when you find it. Your heartbeat will be slower, lower pitched, and more wooshy-sounding. The difference between the two will be much more noticeable if you can find them both and compare sounds. Keep trying though, it’s such a special sound!! Also thank you so much for talking about how these at-home Dopplers can be anxiety-provoking if you aren’t experienced. I give my patients the exact same advice when they ask me if they should get one. Happy heartbeat hunting! ❤️❤️
Love Sierra's reaction to the heart dopler! I borrowed one from a friend during my pregnancy and it was just so wonderful and extra special to get to share it with my husband who isn't able to come to appointments with me due to Covid. I could have listened all night long. Side note, however, while the heartbeat is still a wonderful thing the novelty of the device waned as baby became more active and I could feel her moving consistently.
I think the baby heart monitor is a great device especially during Covid times when you can’t have family at appointments, at least you can face time them and allow them to share a special moment with you ❤️❤️❤️❤️🦋
1. That dress would be an adorable maternity/small baby shower dress! 2. As a mom those Tupperware’s will come in so handy with baby girls food when she’s there! Small Tupperware is a lifesaver with a little one!
I saw the Baltic barn ad on my Facebook and ordered it for a wedding. I loved it so much and got so many compliment. I got it in the burgundy. I originally wanted to get the teal color but they were sold out. I dressed it down with a cage bralette and I tied a knot in the front flap that made it easier to dance and added a cute look to the cut.
for the doppler, if you want to check make sure the heartbeat is not yours count the heartbeats for 15 seconds and multiply that times 4. The normal range for fetal heart rate is 110 and 160 whereas for adults it is 60-110. So it would be extremely unlikely you were hearing your heart if it was beating that fast so it's a good way to check if you aren't sure. The clip though sounded to me like a fetal heart rate (I am a nurse btw). I hope that helps!
Am putting up window clings on my living room storm door and front 2 windows and decorating inside w lights and tree etc, seen this upload and taking a small break to watch Sierra.. stay safe and healthy and happy much love to you all 🤶🏻🎅🏻🦌❤, when you found the heartbeat your face was priceless and so so precious, emotional and special.. love it..
I've been "stalked" by causebox for quite a while now, and considered getting it but didn't. I enjoyed seeing your review! Also, the reaction from hearing baby's heartbeat was just so sweet and such pure joy! Just a little note from a mom to 3 - you will be able to tell if its baby's heartbeat when it's much faster - like the 110-160 range, whereas yours will be less than 100.
I was so confused when Stephen showed up with a full beard and was like "Didn't he shave that off like 2 days ago? That grew back fast" and then realized this was main channel and probably recorded before that lol

But it’s usually junk you never would have wanted or purchased otherwise... so it’s still a $50 waste. Same premise as buying things just because they are on sale I suppose.
agree, i hate the whole trend of buying 'sustainable' products, the whole idea is to REDUCE what you have. Plus that box is filled with TJ Maxx kinda crap.
Your face when you heard the heartbeat. I’m so full of happiness for you and your pregnancy endeavors I wish you the best!
I am loving Friday's in December because we get two new Sierra videos in one day!
It's so sweet to see you hear the baby's heartbeat!
The fact that the “not vibrator” is a literal neck massager is killing me 🤣🤣🤣
Oh Sierra, that body brush “massager” is still a vibrator 😂🤣
Dual purpose self-care item lol.
Guys 😂😂
I'm so glad someone said it
I thought that " los Angeles apparel" looked familiar, it's just re-branded American apparel items 😒
It’s owned by the American apparel old ceo 😤. He even offers to custom make any of the products they used to sell
Me, unpregnant and watching this with my phone nearby, realizing that now I too am going to be haunted by Storq ads: 👁️👄👁️
It doesn't look like a bridesmaid dress...it looks freaking awesome
sierra you seem so much happier!!! I can tell so much that your break helped (and I'm sure the joy of pregnancy helps too!!) because you are so much sillier and your smile is contagious. Love love love seeing you thrive
I was actually considering getting my bridesmaids dresses from Baltic Born so I was so excited to see you try them out!
Update: the video isn’t over and I’ve bought the bra 😂😂😂 influenced me!!!
Lol SAME.
I tried but they stop 2 cup sizes before mine.
Tell us what you think after wearing it a few weeks ladies! I’m super curious 👀
id love to know if it works for you once it arrives!! just commenting so i dont forget to check back lmao im on the fence rn
Same 😂😂 and I never do that!
not me just finishing the vlogmas vlog and getting the notification for this video and immediately clicking
"I thought it was a vibrator.... I picked it" lol
Now I'm just waiting to get adds from all of the brands you talked about
The overalls are back in stock
Love Sierra's reaction to the heart dopler! I borrowed one from a friend during my pregnancy and it was just so wonderful and extra special to get to share it with my husband who isn't able to come to appointments with me due to Covid. I could have listened all night long. Side note, however, while the heartbeat is still a wonderful thing the novelty of the device waned as baby became more active and I could feel her moving consistently.
I think the baby heart monitor is a great device especially during Covid times when you can’t have family at appointments, at least you can face time them and allow them to share a special moment with you ❤️❤️❤️❤️🦋
The look on your face when you found the heartbeat was so priceless. I am so happy for you guys.
Uh oh just purchased from Harper Wilde yesterday 🤞🏼excited to see this review
1. That dress would be an adorable maternity/small baby shower dress!
2. As a mom those Tupperware’s will come in so handy with baby girls food when she’s there! Small Tupperware is a lifesaver with a little one!
I love that first dress. l also really like that pregnant women can wear it too. You look so beautiful!! That blue is definitely your color!💜
her skin is GLOWING!!!!!!!!!!! you are so beautiful Sierra!!!!!
That first dress if you were going to alter it anyways maybe just get it altered to be short? I think that would be cute!
Girl you’re glowing like really really glowing. You look so beautiful and happy
What happened with Fabletics only giving a military discount to men? Did you ever address this?
Wow, that's terrible! 😡
I was wondering the same thing! Im disappointed that they gave such a half a$$ response - I would never support this company
I thought that was lululemon???
@@hayden9802 I've heard that about both companies🙁
I read that it was one employee giving that information to one client. Not the whole brand. The brand as a whole offers the discount to all genders.
I am an OB nurse and it sounded more like the mothers heart beat to me
Am putting up window clings on my living room storm door and front 2 windows and decorating inside w lights and tree etc, seen this upload and taking a small break to watch Sierra.. stay safe and healthy and happy much love to you all 🤶🏻🎅🏻🦌❤, when you found the heartbeat your face was priceless and so so precious, emotional and special.. love it..
Yeah those sweats don’t even look very comfy either. $74 no ma’am
I don’t know what’s about to happen, but girl you look like you’re GLOWING in the thumbnail.
When you found this heartbeat I totally jaw dropped and had a tear in my eye! Love watching you experience all of this!!!
I was so confused when Stephen showed up with a full beard and was like "Didn't he shave that off like 2 days ago? That grew back fast" and then realized this was main channel and probably recorded before that lol
When you heard the heartbeat...🥺🥰😭 I've also had losses(lots) but also had 2 sunshine babies who are now 11&14 so I legit got goosebumps watching you do that. 💕 Humans are such miracles!
I need to say it again: don't try this at home! I tried it and it was a fail. What I got didn't even fit me properly.
Oh my god! Hearing your baby’s heartbeat was so heartwarming 🥰 thank you for sharing that with us
Not sure how I feel about the products in the Causebox being packaged with a bunch of plastic (you can see it when she pulls out the water bottle)...
@Yashita Bansal 13:21 is when you can see some plastic around the bottle, and then at 14:07 it looks like there's some plastic around the tupperware. It seems like a weird dissonance within the brand-- maybe the plastic is compostable or something?
Hey name twin!! Kelsey club!! Lol
I had been eyeing the Ready for Anything outfit from Fabletics for several days, but your video convinced me to pull the trigger. Thank you for showing it on a real body and giving it a great review, friend!
I’m Danish, and I find it so amusing that adding a line to your o’s has become trendy (Baltic Børn) bc ø is an actual letter in Denmark and “Børn” means kids in Danish.
I think it's so stupid when business do it, it's like adding random Chinese characters😂
I love her face when she finds the baby’s heartbeat 😭❤️
the $89 isn't worth the price but $75 for cropped orange pants is super reasonable? confused about the logic there.
Same
ESP because it’s a bridesmaids dress, where you typically pay 100-300$ for a dress!
I am absolutely living for this Vlogmas PLUS main channel month YAY
Those overalls are back in stock in your size in every color now!
Love when you wear your hair half up and half down but without the section pulled out, it’s been awesome to see your hair journey
"now that it's cold here" girl you live in SAN DIEGO
pretty wild that your first vid of doing this was my introduction to watching your content! have really come to enjoy everything you put out so i'm forever glad it was randomly recommended to me that one time! ❤️
