This felt like a bit of a rip off for over £100, even if it is mac cosmetics. It feels like you could get most of these as free samples.

Yeah its an awful rip off. They could have thrown in a few normal size products easily

@@sophielouuuise some of the products, especially the lips aren't, but the primers and the foundation are definitely free sample level! Even though the lips and the eye shadows and spray aren't quite on that level, they still felt like something you'd get from a much cheaper advent calender, the makeup revolution advent calender puts this one to shame! Also we need more videos of moon! I have a blue British shorthair boy to. He is seven, he's huge, like he takes up half my bed.
These are like sample sizes this is crazy overpriced 💔💔

Soph HK to be fair though i’d actually buy a mac pencil sharpener (if i bought from mac) cause they’ll sharpen your pencils in an effective way, each to their own though!

I can’t help but feel it wasn’t worth the money! While there were some full sized products the majority of the products as you said were primers 🤔 I’d be so hacked off if I had bought it and was expecting to try some new makeup. I do love the colour of the eyeshadow though! Love these videos, I like being able to see what you’re actually paying for.

@@sophielouuuise The last MAC order I did I got the strobe cream, mascara and one of the primers as free gifts! I saw it was back in stock today but even with 20% of for Black Friday it just didn't seem worth it :(

Sorry to say soph but you were hella ripped off. There was nothing really great in that advent calander even though its from a high end brand. I'd be pretty pissed if I paid for and received that, only to find out half of it were primers. But I still loved the video!

Sophie Louise Yess!! They do dog ones too, the best brand in my opinion is Lily's Kitchen, they do amazing dog ones but they also do kitten ones! (Bit pricey for an advent calendar) but if you dont mind paying they are full of loads of treats!

I worked at Mac for 2 years... this is a rip off. The complimentary foundation sample you can collect yourself from a Mac store... so why did they waste a box/ day on the advent Callander? The minis are inexpensive and they’re giving you actual samples they include at the till for customers i.e the mascara and the prep and prime are not their best sellers... they could have made an advent either full of their best sellers or another with exclusive Christmas products. Mac aren’t doing well at the moment... but I’m surprised how half arsed this Callander is...
