The universe has provided the perfect landing place for Ame to learn who Ame is. There’s no other way for her to do this, her own pace, her own way. Watching you demonstrate your real life chef talents mixed up with outright hilarity and your perpetual accident prone beautiful self was early Christmas Joy to behold! I personally could not ask for a better Christmas experience or present. I must say that stuffing is an American tradition as well and admittedly a carry over from the early settlers and Patriots from the shores of England to the shores of America! I was surprised and elated that you mentioned one of my favorite chefs Nigella! My father was an excellent chef, as I am from time to time, and I remember him popping duck into the oven and cooking a leg of lamb to perfection. So your sparkling Christmas dinner flashed and brought forward great memories of deliciousness of old to my memory. Your black apron was very sexy as well. It was so thoughtful for you to honor your parents with a most delicious Christmas dinner! I am not sure if I, myself, would have risen above the fear to attempt a 3 course dinner in a van with out a proper oven and limited pots and pans. Serious Kudos! I am amazed that you cook everything on the stove top with the gas flame blazing at the highest level. It's a wonder that nothing more burns up, however, it is a testament to your talent that your food survives and turns out, for the most part, just fine. All in all the dinner Christmas dinner was magnificent and and additionally elegant as you served the delights on golden plate chargers, very inventive! The fact the you "wash up" in a limited space is also a sublime example of your ergonomic prowess. When I was working in the mountains of Colorado, Lamb Chops with a Wild Cherry Merlot reduction was my winter specialty! This has been the best 30 minutes I've spent on the Tube in a while, ultimately entertaining.
