Saw your stream listed in the sidebar of a 'build 42' review, took a chance and love what I've seen so far -- looks like you're having a kick and your mates are the good stuff :) . Some tips ... ~ No need to run back into the house to water plants -- much straighter route to run south to your lake, unlimited water all year round (plants are fine with 'tainted' lake water). You can refill your watering-can by right-clicking the edge of the lake. Just don't refill your water bottles there, ya might get sick! 🍃 ~ Once you've got the green 'watering square' you don't have to keep right-clicking and selecting "Water" -- just keep left-clicking while in 'watering' mode until it doesn't turn green anymore -- which means you're outta water. 🚿 ~ Yes, one Safehouse at a time without using mods. 😀 ~ You're getting the 'Overheating' moodle (the little mood / status icons) and drinking more of your water than you need to because you're wearing _way_ excess clothing for even 60-70°F (fire fighter gear is extremely insulating). Love that you're enjoying the game ... keep surviving! Looking forward to more. Cheers mate.
Thank you so much for the tips much appreciated. I know im overheating alot but ide rather take the hit on the moodle than get caught out by a random Zombie 🙂. I have to admit I'm a little rusty at playing zomboid so this has been good for me as a good refresher before build 42
@@R3dViking1 Yeah, the heat-hit can be worth it for the armor! And it's not a problem when water is plentiful...just painful when out "nomading" and water is low and/or combat heavy. Cheers mate, also looking forward to b42.
