That's the kinda meals I fix sometimes, better than fixing a big meal. I'm a Kentucky born hillbilly and we like that kind of food. I enjoy watching you in the kitchen and garden. Me and my husband use to have a real nice garden and we'd give lots of it away cause we had plenty. He passed away going on 10 yrs and I miss working in the garden and planting flowers, unable to do all that now, so I enjoy watching you. Have a good day and God bless you

I was out cleaning up the yard and garden..but everything is cold and icy still...but the sun is shining...36 degrees very deceiving...little by little I get there in our zone of planting..I like one pan meals...that's one of my favorite dishes to eat..I'm in the northeast of pa. Pocono mountains..lots of wild life ..have to watch the skunk family are out looking for food and the Pennsylvania back bear are out of hibernation and they tear thru the garbage , guess there hungry from that long sleep..I do enjoy tomatoes 🍅 my favorite thing to grow...luvv your cozy kitchen ..and your home and garden....❤
No Bears here, but do have Skunks, Raccoons, Prairie Dogs and Opossum, and they cause a little concern. I am used to Texas weather and very happy our Winters are short.
Your lucky..we have all those critters also...and a very annoying red headed wood pecker I call Woody..lol..as I hit my 60 mark in life I would like to move to a warmer climate, however every thing is out rangously expensive every where and I just don't have the energy to do the things I used to do....my ex husband and I visited Texas long ago in Houston..enjoyed my trip..I like warm weather but not buggy warm humidity like Florida...so here I stay ..for my children sake also since they have there own lives now..enjoy for nice talks about yourself and your prayers 🙏 for thankfulness..God Bless glad I found your channel its refreshing. 🙂😻

I just found your channel and subsribed. This is a family favorite. My grown children now make it for their families. If I make it with breakfast sausage I will add cabbage when my potatoes are about 3/4 done, then finesh cooking. If I add kielbasa, I will cook it just like your recipe, but some times add bell peppers and cheese on top with it is done. I grew up in Texas and Oklahoma. I pray the Lord will cause your channel to grow. God bless

🙋♀️Hi Linda, chilly, cloudy and rainy today. It’s been down in the 20’s most of the week. Your breakfast of sausage and potatoes looks good. My stepfather used to make his own Polish Sausage. He had a machine that put the casing on it. Also he built a smokehouse to smoke them. It was a big tradition that he passed out the sausage on Easter. I wasn’t crazy about it bc he put in WAY too much garlic in it😆 You’d burp it up for DAYS. Lol
It is nice to see you on camera. I enjoy your cooking videos also. They say that a person could have a kitchen full of cookbooks, but really only use 12 go-to recipes over and over. I found that interesting (and somewhat true for me.)

My father's parents had a big farm and they grew their own food, had cows for milk and butter, horses to plow the fields, hogs for cured hams, bacon and sausage, they had a big smoke house behind their house. Chickens for eggs, and fried chicken. My grand parents yard looked like a zoo. Turkeys, ducks, rabbits, pigeons, my grandmother even had a Monkey. I loved going to their house it was a lot of fun. And their food was the best.

Linda (hope you dont mind me calling you Linda) I just subscribed to your channel. What caught my eye was this video. I make fried sausage/potatoes for breakfast a couple of times a week. Then I got the next bonus when you were showing your tubs out in the garden. What did I see...buckets with the State of Texas on them so I knew I had to subscribe. I live in Texas SW of Ft Worth exactly 20 miles from Grandbury. So I guess that makes us neighbors. I just wanted to say hello and now I am going to watch your video on Grandbury.
