If this doesn't work, you have to plug the charger in!! I was escalated to Samsung Level 2 Tech support and even they couldn't work out how to power down the phone. After 50 or more attempts plugging in the charger made it work!!

Still won't work on mine. Just goes past that logo screen onto a screen that just says Samsung... Then back to home page. Trying everything!

Tried it over and over again. Didn't work. Found that if you have the power cable connected and on charge, it works.

Thank you for your comment! Took me a bit of trying but it did work in the end. USB C cable has to be connected to the working notebook.
What if It doesn't have factory reset
The text looks like it's taking me to factory reset but no luck ...Titles only saying something about PC above and bunch of same multiple yellow sentences about SD card .. Not showing where to factory reset on my phone.. help

PLZZZZ HELP ME!!! Why is mine only 1 that goes straight to black screen saying samsung, then main Samsung Galaxy s10, secured by knox screen, then back to black Samsung screen and straight back to pattern lick screen. Ive watched liads ppl dp it no 1 elses does this PLZ HELP 🙏

Hello try plug headphones that's gose on charging port it will work as its to do with new software update if you the latest update you might need to plug headphones in the charging port
