Thank you so much for this info! My S10+ just got STUCK and I was thinking about letting the power just run out but I needed it to make an important call. Power off button, down volume, Bixby ... phone finally turns off. Yay! LIKED and SUB! Great tips on getting into recovery menu too.

Drain Battery dead y'all! That's what I just did and it was Cake, super easy. So happy,hope it helps someone else's,I was nearly in tears so frustrated trying to do this.
I'm praying this one helps me get pass my screen lock to factory reset. I just bought this phone from Amazon,and I accidentally forgot the new password I set for my screen lock, and it still has my Google account signed in on there, I can't even shut off my phone without unlocking the screen, so the 3 button press thing doesn't do anything.

Vol Down, Bixby, and Power put my phone in download mode, not into recovery. My phone is continually rebooting so I can't power down to get into recovery mode to clear cache. Any ideas?
Same issue did find out what was causing, if so what did you do to fix it.

Guys with the phone on pres volume down and power until phone turns off(tip try to put your phone to be charged, worked for me) after presing these 2 buttons for 10 sec its shutsdown

Tried this and failed when trying to factory reset. Volume up bixby and power placed it in RDX but could not factory reset it.
The easiest way is to take your phone to your local authorized Samsung repair store and have them do a reset, costs you nothing, Samsung pays the repair store for you

Mines not triggering and its kinda pissing me off a bit.
Try connecting to cable on PC then may trigger it
Please is there any help? Vol down, Bixby, power bottom and after 10 seconds vol up and Bixby only does not work on my s10, it keeps the phone rebooting.
