WEG motors are my go-to replacement. Have over a dozen installed at my center. All are 5 plus years old and still running strong. Motor and mounting adapter plate equate to around $400. All I did was give them the info off an old OEM GE motor and they provided me with a mount/motor kit. Buying a new motor through a distributor is idiotic.
We use WEG almost exclusively where I work, and have had great results. They are usually readily available, and are fairly priced. Surprisingly, we've had good luck with Baldor motors too.
It's really disheartening to see how bad some owners will let their facility get. Those machines could be in much much better shape, and the owner would be shocked in how much cheaper they would be to properly maintain instead of repair.
I liked the keep performing the same process and expect a different outcome comment. So typical of things today.

Please feel free to share a part or model number. If they are good motors, others will want to use them too.
@@michaelbuckley3808 Next time I'm at work I'll gladly do that.

That looks like A model pulley Mike 5-1/4 slow speed
0:43 NONE of those wires were terminated correctly. Insulation has to be inside the strain relief, and crimped.
Look closely. There is only one crimp ring on those terminal ends. They were terminated properly 55 years ago.

11:19 - That is worse than a Mickey Mouse job! The wire joint connectors are frayed.
That cheap motor is suffering a stroke!!!!
I wouldn't buy anything from Harbor Freight. Chinese knockoffs are never high quality.
Shitshow or fire hazard
