For future reference don't buy motor contactors from your bowling distributor. Total rip off. Zoro # G3058273 is a direct replacement by Schneider Electric. Built beefier and is currently $56.85 at Zoro.
@@randyclark3731 They absolutely should. Depressing seeing those machines like that. Proprietors willing to pay a shit ton of money for service work but not have a full-time mechanic is crazy to me. If they can't find one get someone trained or go strings. I know how lucrative service work can be. I typically won't leave a service call making less than $400 cash.
The silly part is; if preventive maintenance was done ie cleaning, lubricating and checking for wear, they wouldn't need to buy new machines. Here in Australia, a number of centres still run Model A & A2s, some of which have been running since the 1970s. They are such reliable machines. Unfortunately those ones look so far gone it would not be cost effective to overhaul them.
@@davidreintjens283 Yep, it's really not that difficult. Turret inspection/lubrication/clutches once a year, gearbox clutches, and deck inspection once a year is the bulk of my P.M. Running right around 2000 frames per stop.
They are lucky to have you. I have serviced AMF centers that looks just like this from neglect. It makes you just shake your head.
Yes, you need a new set of tires.

Wire going to the TDM @-22:21 looks like something I did on lane 9 at my center....but worse. Lol.

Are they going to put string pinsetters in?
