As a musician (guitar) and asmr user, this is the sh*t I didn't have a clue I needed. This is exactly the stuff that is missing here on UA-cam. Please do more of these (1 hour rhythmic drumpads without music)!! You're gonna get big
There seem to be a few cuts in the video, but your comment is still appropriate since a regular concert show tends to last for way longer than an hour and is usually way more intense, so even more impressive ;)
@@MerelvandenHurkyup it’s looped a couple times but us drummers certainly can end up playing much longer with no breaks ! it’s a test of cardio for real
wow... when the drumming suddenly switches to being very fast it is so unexpectedly tingly... honestly clicked on this video thinking i'm gonna watch for 3 seconds and switch to find something else, but it's just too good, so unique!
Bro found a way to turn a practice session into monetary gain, respect! (I mean, I don't know if the vides are monetized and if they are, how much they do but... I definitely feel like this person might have found a niche in the ASMR community that could be very profitable, least I hope so for them!)
As a drummer that's always subconsciously tapping out rhythms, whether on my desk or steering wheel, it really does hit the spot when you can just close your eyes to some rhythmic tapping like this. And sticks on a practice pad always sound amazing
As a saxophonist who always has some kind of music going through his head, whether its actually playing or im just imagining it, this really helps. I can just let you do the music for me and not have to spend the brain power doing it myself. That way I can actually get to sleep in a reasonable amount of time.
When I was in highschool drumline, I would get insane tingles when someone quietly practiced rudiments or anything on their practice pad. It’s just so good 😅
Haha, yes, I was just commenting above about my coworker who would tap out tabla rhythms on the desk giving me tingles before I knew what it was. It's got to be someone just playing for themselves, though, not playing to me or at me in real life to get tingles from. You?
Was a drummer all through middle school and high school, I still diddle rhythms with my fingers whenever I’m bored or have extra energy. Rhythmic playing like this (especially with the authentic sounds) just makes me want to play some of those songs I still remember lol.
Here's your wake up call then. Pick back up the drums, play em again, get back into them. It doesn't have to be like a constant thing but you can sneak some practice in here and there.
The rhythm helps my anxiety enough so i can sleep Its like that comforting thing i would do when anxious like tapping using a pencil or tapping on a table It brings me great comfort and seeing the comments, a lot of people would agree. Never stop! Thank you for helping me relax!
I dont know how i found this channel but my gosh do i have zero regrets! i sometimes use these videos during the day or to sleep since its always so good.
Came across this yesterday and haven’t been able to stop listening to it. Breaking and setting the pattern has to be one of the most underrated triggers. Also not a drummer by any means but I can imagine it can be hard to doing it so softly for such a long time. I can imagine you would have wanted to just go ham at least once 😅
despite all the adhd asmrs out there, I find this one to be the most effective in calming my thoughts. Its especially useful for schoolwork! Love ur videos dude :]
As a rhythmically thoroughly untalented musician, that’s so interesting. Do you generally hear rhythms and can come up with rhythm in your free time? :)) I envy you haha ☺️
I've listened to this recording probably 10 times from start to finish in the last two days trying to make my assignment deadlines. Thanks for the beats!
honestly I thought it was going to be extremely difficult for me to relax to, as I always pay too much attention to patterns and find myself concentrating on them too hard-- but these are just perfectly unpredictable enough that my brain just can't find a pattern to focus on-- which I thank you for 😭 ❤
I had discovered you last night and I was saying to myself "Should I max all the volumes, increase the bass and close my eyes for a second?" and so I did and I swear, I fell asleep on the chair for 10 minutes... I was shocked by the tingles. Absolutely amazing, amazing drummer skills. I love it! Ps: I'm slowly dancing on your beats hahaha
This is so unique and relaxing, you're very talented ❤ 36:09 Rudolf Edit: guys, you gotta also try out other speeds, they're all great except for 0.25x! The slower ones add an interesting reverb and the faster ones can be very ticklish.
This is freaking brilliant!! I knew I loved rhythmic asmr, but this hit on a serious different level. Amazing. Your drumming skills are incredible. I would love to ask if you’re maybe able to make a video of rhythmic hand sounds, that would be awesome!
Omg this is so good! I’ve been watching asmr for maybe 8 years now and this is something completely new and I love it! It’s entertaining (from someone who knows nothing about drumming, it’s really interesting to watch) as well as calming. It like tricks my brain into calming down. Amazing!! 🫶
This is absolutely amazing! I have found a new love for rhythmic ASMR. I don't know if requests or suggestions are allowed, but it'd be nice to see something like this but with more intense tapping. Great job so far!
The first ASMR videos I watched were drumming. :) Before ASMR even had a name, I used to have a coworker whose desk was opposite mine, behind a partition but connected. He was a tabla player and would always drum on his desk, which would make me go all thingy and melted. Annoyed everyone else but I loved it! Now I like to listen to ASMR while I work on spreadsheets.
I don't know what it is but this makes me zone out in a good way. I don't feel real anymore, I feel like I just tried to blow up a bunch of birthday balloons too fast and now I feel comfortably zoned.
This is so great, I've been searching for rhythmic asmr before but unsuccessfully, can't believe I didn't find you back then! I'm also wondering if you ever thought of making asmr like this but with unconventional time signatures like 7/8? I think it could be really really good.
Damn, I've wondered now for about 9 years, ever since I first got into ASMR, whether rhythm paired with triggers such as tapping would be as effective or enjoyable. Never really saw any videos on it and left it be, assumed as not. I always tended to enjoy the more sporadic or random triggers and attempts I'd made to replicate a rythmic ASMR never really worked as I was the one doing the trigger. But I have to say this was lovely. As a drummer myself, I found comfort in the sounds besides ASMR too bc this sounds like my work desk most days, ha. Thanks for the video, all the best.
So good! Tingly, but without making me sleepy - so I can use it for work. This is my new favorite channel. Really hope you will be on Spotify soon also, so that i can listen 'on the go'.
This is why people find it so calming the brain is you can say " auto cleaning the trauma canal the procedure you can say when something stressful or traumatic happens the brain will clean the trauma canal and deal with that stress and huet even if its stuck" you are really onto something here i stumbled onto this video but man you've got potential here
Not gonna lie I didn't know I needed such rhythmic asmr that also changes quite spontaneously and in short periods of time. Helped me focus my attention more then just get bored after a second or two hashsh At least that gets my attention span entertained in a good way
Never has a practice pad sounded so good in my ears. I know that Prologix makes better practice pads, but the Real Feel sounds so good on this ASMR! Now i need an ASMR Practice Pad review as a pleasure for my drummer's ears.

bro this is epic...man I've always dreamed of being a drummer but have a lotta health problems...even then I practice with pencils on tables, etc....maybe someday
