Raoul No1 for crypto
So he says Ripple is not getting summary judgement in their favor, and not happening soon, but soonish.. We have been waiting 4 months + for the Summary Judgement.. So any hour, not soon or sooner mate!! I don't think he has been following the case that closely... Because Judge even pulled the SEC Lawyers into her office, with Ripple in the room, and had a full on discussion with the SEC Lawyers about the contradictions in their court case!!
