    What Braylon hasn’t said yet is just how huge the impact of all these “Gritty” players can have on one another. This many high character, humble, talented player in a locker room can exponentially raise the level of play far and away above the sum total of their collective skill sets. It could actually be hard to fit even more talent in from the draft. We might see half of our practice squad get poached by other teams at the end of training camp. This is how dynasty’s are built.

      Yes it was but it isn't exceedingly better IN MY OPINION! I like the Reeder signing if he can sTay healthy. ALL of the signings have injury concerns. And Davenport really didn't perform all that well when he was healthy. 2.5 sacks in 19 games isn't a good rate

    Going to be very hard to find an immediate starter at CB selecting at 29th overall. Playing against some great NFL WRs next season. Yes they could get the KoolAid but he will be learning on the fly or in certain coverages in spot time. Maybe KoolAid is already their guy for that dream selection scenario.
    Yet drafting 29th there is still great value in OL, DL. This is the meat of the roster

      Normally I'd agree but Brad Holmes is Brad Holmes. Brian Branch was like a top 5-6 nickel in the entire NFL as a rookie lol and all 4 of our first picks basically were proven starters by the end of the season. If he just hits on like ONE defensive pick this year the NFL better watch out.

      Not to mention they are buying a bunch of big name dudes spending a bunch of money on big contracts. That never works. If you want real success in the nfl you have to draft well every year and have a coaching staff so develop those players. We have a GM and coaching staff for the first time ever that can do both. I’m not scared of the packers bears or Vikings what so ever this year. Our roster and coaching staff is significantly better than all 3.

      Nah, live by the sword, die by the sword. That aggressiveness won the Lion's more games than it lost them. Unfortunately the one it really bit them was the NFC Championship, it just wasn't meant to be. How often last year did the Lion's get stopped on 4th and short? Almost never. They got stopped twice in that game, if they'd have made 1 of them, they'd have gone to the SB.
      And they weren't scheme or play calling issues. The players didn't execute.

    • @antoniotrivelloni8191
      @antoniotrivelloni8191 2 місяці тому

      Because Dan Campbell is the reason Reynolds dropped two passes in to-go situations, LaPorta dropped an easy first down, Gibbs fumbled on the first play of an offensive drive, Kindle Vilidor forgot how to play football, and Sutton dropped an easy INT. You're so right, Dan Campbell is the reason the Lions lost that game. He told all those players to make all those mistakes. The Lions should just fire him now, he sucks so much that he can't stop players from making basic mistakes.
      In case you didn't notice, I am being extremely sarcastic. Just admit you don't know ball and we can move on.

    Lions could not get 1 sec of good play from any free agent signing and still win the Superbowl...thats how young and talented they're.
