Spring from the Four Seasons by Vivaldi arranged for harp. This is the first arrangement of the Four Seasons for solo harp and I arranged the entire work over the course of 2019. In Spring you will hear the joyful music announcing the new season with sweet birds singing, the babbling brook and the gentle breezes of the season which eventually become a storm(1st movement). A goatherd sleeps with his dog at his side (2nd movement). In the final movement, a merry bagpipe sounds as Nymphs and shepherds dance.

This is incredible! The Four Seasons is one of my favorite compositions, and Spring is my favorite movement from it, but I never expected that the harp was capable of such a massive range and could be used to replace an entire string ensemble!

"The Four Seasons" is not one composition. It's a collection of four concertos titled "Spring", "Summer", "Autumn", and "Winter", each having three movements.
