If you did a video on the leaky power steering issues on the earlier (v1-2) models that would be beneficial for many! A few different weak spots on those guys!
Hi guys, hope you are well. I have an issue with my stb sti sf5. I have put on blouch td05 16g xt turbo plus bugeye sti intercooler and baileys blow off valve. I have noticed on start up and only start up blue smoke coupled with oil film on blow off valve. What would you say the problem could be? I really appreciate the help. Thank you, Jon.
It was brand new turbo but now has had some use but not much maybe 1000 km or so. I shall do a compression test and if that's ok that would eliminate blow by to be the culprit. If compression comes back to be good would that only leave turbo oil seals to be the issue? Thank you for the reply
@@OkiSubiesmy car cranks and starts sometimes other times no if i hit the fuel pump it works sometimes idk why i changed it twice so cant be the issue could it be a bad fuse not a burnet one but a bad fuse

Im about to do this on my 97 WRX, but want to confirm its the fuel pump before replacing. I got 4volts at the fuel pump when disconnected. What is the best way to test the relays on these cars as they arent the standard relays that we see commonly today?
What is it we have to do if I have a 2004 wrx with a Jdm ej20 motor. There’s non avcs to avcs now more hoses and stuff. And wiring harness got me lost. Any advice
What exactly are you having trouble with? The fuel pump side of it should be the exact same because AVCS is oil activated and just putting in the jdm engine would take care of the oil side. For wiring you can get a plug and play harness from iwire to add the necessary wiring to your main harness (engine to ECU)
7 years later i have a gc8 and starts some times and turns off changed fuel pump started working then boom again can anyone help me i am actually going to sell the car just because of that for a year i drove it 9 times

@@Jonny5ox Was the turbo a used one? I would check for oil in intercooler, maybe do a compression test.

Hey OkiSubies, which Pump should I use for a Impreza Turbo?
Because the Walbro 255 are too loud and they pump too much fuel for the stock car.
