Some may not agree with me on this one, but i think this AC reminds me of the T-51b power armor from fallout. Of course, it's a more bulked up version of the armor in question who can fly, dodge and attack way faster. Not to mention his tank-like design, too. And like you said, with other guns and upgrades, he can become much stronger.
Make sure to check the description whenever you want to know anything about the AC in the video! How to get the exact paint is told at the bottom of the descriptions, which I'll quote here: In order to see a preset AC in the Assembly or Paint tabs of the garage: make sure to first enter the Paint tab, saying "Yes" to removing the edit lock. Then back out of the Paint tab, making sure to "Discard" changes and not save. Now, re-enter the Paint tab and you can see the exact colours of the preset AC! (however, decals will not transfer over).
