    How to make Ragi Adai
    Ingredients
    Ragi flour - 1cup
    Mustard - 1/2tsp
    Split bengal gram - 1tbsp
    Green chilli
    Curry leaves
    Garlic - 4 cloves
    Onion - 1[medium size]
    Coriander leaves [finely chopped ]
    Roughly chopped moringa leaves[முருங்கைகீரை]
    Oil
    Salt
    Method
    Heat up 3 tbsp oil in a pan
    add mustard , bengal gram ,chopped green chilli, crushed garlic , and some curry leaves
    saute it
    add 1 medium size chopped onion , when the onions turns glass texture ,add salt , chopped coriander leaves & 2 handsful of roughly chopped moringa leaves
    Saute it for 2 to 3 min medium flame
    let it cooldown completely
    Take a largebowl add 1&1/2 cup of ragiflour , 1/2 tbsp salt , mix well
    In that add mixture of moringa leaves , mix altogether
    Pour water gradually make it as a soft dough
    In a wet cloth or butter paper , place a ball size dough
    Grease your hand & gently tap the dough in to a round shape
    Throw it in a hot tawa
    Cook t for 2 to 3 min in a medium flame on both sides
    Serve it with jaggery powder or coconut chutney , enjoy 😉
