If there wasn’t a ton of copyright issues involved, I’d definitely pay to have some of Rock Sugar’s songs animated to Wakko Warner and his siblings singing in a band. **gives giant Bumbi eyes to Warner Bros studios**
These guys rock and it's about time for a new mix to music...really. Love it. I can't wait to get the album and hope more are in the works...so many songs can be mixed.
Steve Perry can’t even sing in his own voice that good anymore! Best rock mash-up ever! Jess/Wakko does an incredible impersonation of James Hetfeild and Steve Perry!
@merrypeary The credit given to the bands is in the fact that they are doing the song at all... As well as most likely writing up a thank you to the original artists in the liner notes for the CD. When a band covers a song, its a tribute to the original... Thats it. Its not a band trying to steal someone else's song. When my friend's band plays Sabbath Bloody Sabbath at shows, its a tribute to Black Sabbath, not trying to rip off a song someone else wrote. Its a show of respect to the original.
@Rhezekim Well other channels and various programs DO show music videos and with the advent of this wonderful little thing called the internet the world doens't have to rely on TV anymore for getting these things out.
Bro I just discovered this band when I was looking at jess Harnel as a voice actor and god damn that mans got some serious pipes I love how wakko and Rita's voice actors are both musically talented inclined and beautiful well for Rita's actor that is but anyways hopefully for the new animaniacs reboot hopefully wakko mentions this band to his siblings in one of the episodes that would be so freaking sweet
Fuck me, how does someone sit down and think, right I'm gonna mix Don't Stop and Sandman. Bloody hell it works as well..........amazing, love it!!!!!!!!
A bit of Gene Simmons influence with the "Oh Yeah!" If you like this, look up Dread Zepplin - The original of the "different song over the top of the music" Band. Cheers, Rock On!
@merrypeary Most bands that do covers aren't trying to leech off the original's popularity, but rather paying tribute to the bands that originally created them. If they were trying to leech off them, they wouldn't give the original artist credit EVERY TIME they play it. Most bands that do covers PURPOSELY don't live up to the original in order to not overshadow its original greatness, but instead drives the listener to go back and check out the original.
I like this, but there's too much Journey and not enough Metallica in this mashup. I mean.. this is really fucking good and I never thought I'd say "too much Journey" in my life, but yeah, you know what I'm saying.
@merrypeary Stop being such a musical snob. You obviously know nothing about the history of the band, otherwise you would know this is just an offshoot/side band for the members of Loud N Clear, who do write and record their own material. You'd also know that the singer has a very good career doing voices for cartoons and movies like Animaniacs and Transformers. Nobody is trying to rip anyone off, its just a bunch of musicians having fun paying tribute to bands and songs that they like.
Same here from Gilbert, AZ!
I gotta say, he does amazingly well mimicking Journey´s singer.
Really cool cover.
Agreed, this impressed me almost more than how well the two songs actually mesh.
This song, this band, this whole idea hugz nutz

you gotta love the meters of music. if the songs have the same meter, then they can fit perfectly, depending on the length, time signature, and genre.
I like when they remark songs in a creative way but other than that I completely agree with you.
OMG!!! Everytime I watch this, I am awed more! giggles...this is fantasmaglorious! mmmmmmmmmmm and the lead singer....yea!! :-) giggles.

did someone send rock sugar via mail metallica's black album in 1991 to that island? haha

omg...who is that bassist?!! lol...he's CUTE! :P
@ravengirl62 -done.
holy...shit
He's getting the younger kids (girls) to follow them and make them feel relevant again.
What's the name of second band except Metallica on this cover?
You really don't know? It is Journey
I like this, but there's too much Journey and not enough Metallica in this mashup. I mean.. this is really fucking good and I never thought I'd say "too much Journey" in my life, but yeah, you know what I'm saying.
absolute f'ing mentally unstable genius!!!!!!!!!!!!
this really shouldn't work. But it fuckin' does!
glee should take a lesson on how to cover a song from these guys,
Enter Sandman wasn't around in 1989 wtf
You obviously didn't pay attention to the intro lol
But then... what did they do with the 13 year old girl?
they look like tools walking in the beach w/ all thier jeans and leathers; but the rest of the video's cool!
Weird way to play the Bass
shame...
Seriously, i feel like that these guys are talented enough to write their own material... Why poorly mash up songs that just don't belong together....
@merrypeary

Journey should have hired Jess and not that little twerp from the Phillopines.
fly124 I agree but they may of had to pay this guy more!!!!
