You can add a front bottle to the panthera now, somewhat negating the shot count issue. In my experience the Panthera does tend to be way less prone to drift on its tune, which at least some impacts have an issue with. I think it's primarily due to the valve adjuster shifting or the possibly the nitrile ball in it softening with repeated hits at high HST. For me at least the panthera has less hold sensitivity too, making it easier to get the same accuracy. Of course there are other variables too so it may be different for others. Still have both - different tools for different situations 😊
Nice one. changing calibers is defenetly a huge plus. Backyard pinker, longe range practice, or even hunter. I've seen even run & gun with impact m3 on UA-cam with one of those pump action kocking kits.
Re additional bottle, it has been done, with a larger bottle on the front underneath the barrel. @shooter1721. Looks great. Thank for the comparison on these two.
Hi NEIL , great review thank you .... when i look at a rifle it has to be low weight and good balance ... AS iam disabled with MS , so the impact m2 compact is just right for me .... cheers Simon
As fare as i know there is more then one fitting you can use to add a 580 bottle in the front to make it dual bottle with a total over a 1000cc if you include air in plenum
All things being equal if you're shooting 34 grain 22 cal slugs at say 950 fps on the FX impact 600 mm barrel and the FX Pantera 600 mm Barrel what would be the difference in terms of shot count? For what I've seen you can also add another 300cc bottle to the front of the gun which would improve hand holding?
It’s not that hard to swop the barrels on these 6 months down the line there’s a lot of options for these and bottle options i think i’d find it hard to choose between the two because of the advanced valving on the panthera you can you have a short barrel then the impact for the same power.
All the add ons and new features for the Panthera as you said LOADS of them are still to come. Where gave you been? The front bottle can go from 200cc to 700cc
One thing I don't understand is why you don't say your opinions about the different airgun sizes in relation to the sizes of the people who will buy the different FX airguns. Why don't you state how tall you are when you mention the FX airguns??? For example, the Panthera fits a tall person with long underarms much better than the short Impactt fits a tall person with long underarms. Tell us more about how the airguns are to shoot with in relation to your height and long or short arms. There is a difference and we want you to tell us about your opinions. It is very unfortunate to buy an airgun that does not fit our size.
Finally its here, ive been waiting for this, thanks mate !😀👍🇸🇪🔫 im on the hunt for something that i can use for long range pesting like crows and rabbits, in sweden that means 30 cal which fits in as a 150 joule+ hunting weapon ( klass 4 in swedish) and equals a airgun ( like the M3 or panthera in minimum 30 cal wich is the only caliber at the moment that can reach 150 joule) to be used and hunt with as a 22 LR. My pellet powered fx Royale in 22 cal does a excellent job on shorter distances when pesting up 65-70 meters , but i need something else too. I do have a nice 22 LR (anschutz MPR 64) but i prefer airguns that have the advantage of adjustable power settings for pest control jobs. Been having my eyes on a M3 for a long time now.. but since i saw your video with the 30 cal panthera my heads been spinning, which one suits my needs best for my pesting jobs ( and also for some fun target work on +100 meter). So your video really fits the bill 😁😁😁. Whats Your thoughts on fitting a second bottle in front on the panthera (when the hunting application demands it or for benching) ?
Hi Recently bought an FX Impact M3 in .25CAL. Just watching your video on UA-cam and you said something very interesting regarding your impact in .25cal 89ftlb with 120 shots out of the bottle. Is that slugs or pellets? How unearth did you manage 120 shots out of the bottle in regards to regulator the pressures setup. I’m using slugs and the most I get is 30 to 40 shots if I’m lucky😮
@@racknload the Impact 25cal 25.39gr 925fps 48ftlb 130shots 480cc 250bar 120reg. So very interested to hear about 120/89fpe. Can you put a link up to where you got the info from as I've never come across that shot count
@@racknload think you have misread the info Neil 😁. I've checked & there's no mention of 89fpe (being max fpe 25cal given on FX page, though i can run over 110) returning 120 shots, maybe 40. Shall look forward to where info was 🙂
Mac duffer should come clean on this ...fx pathara is a knock off same design outside and the balanced valve inside like a leishy.he mentioned how he hates copycats and who technically superior the fx product are.
Hi buddy, scroll down to where it says 'Energy' under the Impact M3 description. That says 89flbs in .25 and if you look on the left hand side of the page under 'shot capacity' it says 'up to 160 shots'
outdated indeed. I recommend you making a update video informing this video is now oudated and should not be considered accurate. Good luck.@@racknload

I'd like to see double, parallel, front air tanks on Pantheras.

You can do small game hunting with panthera 500mm. It's easy to carry bro.

They always misrepresent shot count on the website. Those numbers are with a very very low power tune and light pellets
Impact vs Panthera vs Dreamline?
Got an fac impact .22 and dreamline sub12 .177 and I've got to say up to 60mtr the dreamline performs as well as the impact

Se le puede agregar una botella en el frente del pantera... Ya lo vi en un video de fx 😊
