Haters will hate. You do what's good for you. Abiyah. I love to meal prep, but I'm never in the mood. Plus, I'm the slowest cook on the planet. So I will do one dish, sometimes tripling it,and freezing it in individual portions.

Prepping meals helps so much,used to make a few different ones and feeze them, always had choices. The lettuce wraps look delicious,!
