@@Mila_Breareyshe spoke about people. She said Joan knitted back stage. She explained the cast members reaction and why to her firing (they were lied to). She talked about Shirley McClaine being rude, she said Frank Sinatra was a little creepy when he’d say “hey baby”. Suzanne and Al didn’t think too highly of the guy that played Larry on Threes Company because he talked about Al getting Suzanne fired. Suzanne had grace, she also forgave her abusive father.

Suzanne mentions here living to 110. I really wish she would have! She seemed like such a genuine spirit that loved and got it back tenfold. She will be missed by many.
My late father met her in (I think) the Bahamas in 1972, when she expressed her concern about what to do having a boyfriend on each coast. I will still think of that when I remember her, but she grew so much from that young woman.

Yes they were upset. Can’t blame them either. Seems like the approach to negotiating could have been vastly improved by apprising her co-stars of her plan so they were not blind-sighted nor manipulated by the producers. Even better if all three joined as a team, a David Swimmer of Friends move. I wish Suzanne had succeeded to some amount of a raise. Would have been better for other woman stars of the decade who were also undervalued to some extent. I’m not saying Don Ritter was not worthy of higher pay to some degree because he already had certain comedy talents and notoriety. The producers decision caused much unhappiness all around, except for themselves.

John did almost all the physical comedy and carried the girls. Only the ropers could match his talent. That being said Suzanne tried to short Joyce by going it alone.

Suzanne lives like I do, for the most part. Eating organic and natural, cooking without microwaves, preparing all your meals from simple natural ingredients. Then adding fitness and the work it takes to be fit. And finally making great decisions in life that are not destructive to mind/body/love/truth/energy. With this I stay mentally active in my work as a business owner, and my commitment to the arts, in my case, music. I think people think this takes most your time, it does not....IF....your recreational time is clean and pure. Instead of amusement as entertainment, mine is...."muse". Hiking, kayaking, bicycling on and off road, exploring the wilderness around me; I choose this instead of restaurants, movie theaters, TV, and the entire business of amusement. Amusement is having other entertain you, MUSE, is entertaining yourself with rich rewarding creative pursuits. So, in the time you take to go to a restaurant,, or drive to fast food for take out, I have, in the same time prepared a highly nutritious meal. In the same time you may spend sitting on the couch watching 2 football games, I have ridden my bike up into the mountains for 80 miles and returned home.
I live what I term as "the Pure LIfestyle". No addictions, no medications, no drugs, no over the counter drugs, no alcohol, tobacco, coffee. High fitness levels and the detoxification high intensity workouts provide. Mind challenges in: technology, composing music, performing music, photography, videography, lighting, animation, computer coding, computer repair, sound design, audio engineering....and more. Activity, both mind and body fueled by the rocket fuel of natural organic prepared myself. At 66 years old today, it seems to be working.

John Ritter was not making 10 times what Suzanne made. She was comparing herself to Alan Alda, Larry Hagman, and Carroll O’Connor. That said, she and John and Joyce Dewitt should have banded together and gotten a piece of the syndication money. They deserved it. But Suzanne was negotiating after the season began production, as opposed to negotiating during hiatus, which is the standard. She disrupted the production by doing sick-outs, and put stress on her colleagues because they had to learn two scripts: one with Chrissy and one without. And she managed to alienate her colleagues.

Joyce DeWitt is equally as beautiful as Suzanne Somers. I understand the importance of women being paid equally to men, it's only right. However, in my opinion, on Three's Company John Ritter had been acting for quite some time in various projects. Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers were newbies in the business. It is only natural to have to work your way up in any business with experience and developed skills.

Joyce DeWitt let go of a lot of memories to be able to meet with Suzanne and to forgive and let the past stay in the past. I'm surprised to hear Suzanne say they stay in contact via email, but they are such different people that there would never be a close relationship. It just sounds a bit cold. What is there about Joyce DeWitt that is so different? In that reunion piece, Suzanne said she respected Joyce, but she didn't respect Joyce enough to wait for Joyce to go with her in asking for more money. With John Ritter no longer alive, and now Suzanne Somers is gone, there's Joyce DeWitt who is sad over the loss of both stars.

No vegan for me. I like FAT. We are fat eaters. You go back in your families histories. My people came from Scandinavia. They ate fish, but they ate fat from beef and pork. Not pure fat, but they ingested fat laden dairy, pork, they used lard up until the 50s. I know some groups STILL use lard. I think my Dad was worse off eating hydrolyzed vegetable oils. I think may Dad would have been better off staying on pork fat lard and tallow. They used these fats in their cooking and food preparation. Not all Scandies lived close to the fisheries. They ate what was available to them. I remember talking to my old Norsk friend from North Dakota. He said, during the depression they ate lard like butter on their bread. Many people agree, if it wasn't for animal fats we would have never made it through the Depression and WW2. By the way, my old Norsk friend lived til 87 and he smoked cigs all of his life. So, that lard never hurt him. Of course people worked their butts off. I remember my Dad telling me that when they were working in the field, they would eat 5-6 times a day. Small meals, but they burned a lot of calories. He said his sisters used to fight over who got to take the food out to the men working in the fields.

MOST meat eaters who lived passed age 80 were raised on lots of veggies as a child. These days most meat eaters are consuming not only tons of hormones yet antibiotics too.
Most women who get breast cancer consumed a lot of dairy OR the genes of female family members who consumed dairy. Read The China Study. Humans only live longer with LESS or NO meat, dairy & eggs. Eggs are so NOT healthy. No surprise there's MORE cancers & heart disease in the USA. Fast Food America. NOT healthy people yet a high percentage of obesity & over weight. Little IF any exercise has a lot to do with it too.

true. A lot of health is based on the genetics you get when you come into life. From there, it's more or less up to nature as to what happens. People can take a million supplements and it most likely has no real effect other than psychologically. However, I do respect her on pushing back on chemo.
