I had to do quite a lot of digging since for whatever reason the English voice actors weren't named in the game's credits, but according to TV Tropes Thouzer was voiced by Greg Chun, who also voiced Shin.
Before his secret is found out, Thouzer "blocks" by just standing there and taking hits on the chest. After it's found out, he raises his arms to defend himself. Nice detail!
this is the best FOTNS has ever been dubbed Kenshiro especially I kind of want the company behind this to give the anime an honest to god quality dub with the same voice talents

funny of you to said that, fun fact is it's actually the other way around Geese was inspired by Thouzer Fist of the North Star is pretty much one of the most influential manga of all time not only it inspired Jojo, Toriko and other Kenshiro clones in anime history etc. it also inspired video games as well such as Street Fighter, King of Fighters and God Hand
Souther is actually more resilient and powerful than his original manga and anime counterpart in this game also pure evil compared to his original counterpart
I get how Thouzer's "secret" put a damper on Kenshiro's pressure points attacks strategies for a while, but that secret shouldn't have mattered to Rei. As a fellow member of the six elite schools of Nanto Seiken, the Nanto Rokusei Ken, his Nanto Suicho Ken should have been more than a match for the emperor's Nanto Ho oh Ken style.
Really strong martial artists seem capable of shrugging that shit off until they're weakened, for some reason. Thouzer does flex a bunch of wounds closed, anyway.
The Japanese WANTED to name him Thouzer, even though Souther just makes 1000% more sense. No idea why, but Thouzer is the official name. It just sounds so stupid, especially compared to Souther. Like come on. It literally has South in the fucking name.
So...the only way to beat kenshiro’s techniques...is if your organs are literally on opposite sides of what they’re supposed to be? And people say Natsu’s plot armor was convenient.

Ken’s Rage 1 had some pretty good English voice acting as well.
I like the fact that once you learn his secret, instead of just beefing the blows like he did in the first phase, he actually blocks your blows.
Souther is my favorite antagonist in Hokuto no Ken
