Slip layer is never cured, its usually used as guidance for gel u will put afterwards (to build a nail).In her case i think she used it just to even out nail surface, better bonding,like double sided tape.Not exactly as a base coat, which must be cured.
Are you not supposed To set that light layer of gel before you apply the nail to it. It is meant to be a protective coating in case you bang the nail and it releases without damaging your nail bed.
Haven't heard that one. It's still protecting the natural nail! In case you've got some of the dreaded air bubbles, if water happens to get into those air bubbles the natural nail will be protected from that water! The gel applied to the tip cures into the inhibition layer of the initial layer of get over the natural nails.

Hi. I have found that you dont need to, although Apres recommend that you do. My clients get over 6 weeks wear, no problems

Does it last with that gel cus I have try everything and they just snap off doing dishes 😔
