I love watching your content and have been able to sustain a wonderful breastfeeding journey for my second time around through awesome professionals like yourself giving some great advice! I am a sahm and work with some pumping brands and since following your page I am definitely more mindful of what I choose to promote and have made a point to credit you in many of my videos that you have been the main inspiration for, but in the same breath, everything I have promoted has been something I've really enjoyed using! My content is definitely not something that has been carefully manufactured for sales but more of a page that shows what I use and what I'm thoroughly enjoying as a pumping mum and I feel as though mums can heavily relate to the need for portable / wearable cups as it truly enhances and lengthens most mums breastfeeding journeys altogether which is so fantastic in a world in a world full of so many unknowns. When it comes to working with brands we have so much control of what we actually post and tbh what I actually make from them is very little in comparison to a normal full time job! the main reason I share my journey is to keep myself accountable and because I am so proud of what I have accomplished for my baby! when I post in my dressing gown and jimmies its because I've had so little sleep which is so understandable as a mum going through the postpartum struggles! I completely get your point and how it may come across but there are so many genuine mums online who love sharing their journey, the commissions are always a bonus, but I think its so so important to know most of us will not be using a product we don't enjoy. I look forward to your videos each and every day and love what you are doing for mums like myself, I really wish I could've found your page sooner during my first bf journey!

Awesome video 👏🏻 I also feel like the formula recall and shortage had a big play in this too. Prices of formula then increased substantially as well leading more mamas to rely more heavily on pumping.

It likely did in terms of extending the high sales! If we faced that type of shortage again with more of the status quo breastfeeding rates I think it would be even worse. That was a really scary time!

That has always bothered me so much when I was exclusively pumping for my 1st when looking at wearable pumps. I was only able to pump for 6 months with my spectra S1 which I loved so much in 2023 and now I’m pregnant again with my 2nd

Not sure everyone appreciated it but I've long since decided I'm not everyone's cup of tea lol

@@genuinelactation Well I suppose sellers wouldn't like to have their marketing tricks exposed, but if their attitude when their product fails is, 'sorry, not sorry, buyer beware,' they can't cry when someone like you makes us aware of their reputation.
