I am so glad I found this for a decent price on eBay. I've been an X-Files fan since the beginning and I even recorded episodes on VHS! As I wait for my blu-rays to ship, I'm just watching X-Files videos like this! Love the video!

Yea I just saw the Walmart price I some times hate hate ordering Blu-ray’s and dvds from Walmart cuz they always come in jacked up. But every time I’ve ordered them and they came from Germany they came in nice shape so I’m deff gonna be buying these for damn sure cuz I love the X Files so damn much. I just hope they will still have them at that price next month once I gets paid again lol 🛸 👽 ✌🏽 Makes you think a lot like maybe there truly is something out there we just don’t know. Lol Like I see why the would keep it a secret cuz if people found out the truth they would get so damn stupid like always like how they got with the dumb gas. If they got that stupid imagine how much worse it would be if they found out about aliens being real. Lol

An amazing set. So wish we would get it on bluray here in the states no reason for it not to be. I got a lot of shows that have that same packing and it sucks got got the magicians on blueray complete series and same type of way the pack it and these are very hard to get out so not a good way to pack then. I have a question for everyone here who has bought the X Files set. I’ve been re watching the show since my set came in and has this happened to anyone else or just on mine. On Season 1 Episode 12 the last 3-4 minutes when they are talking in molders office the sound to them talking went low as hell and even Scully’s dialogue in the end is very low can’t hear them talk but yet the music and her typing sounds normal like it should. Has this happened to anyone else?? Cuz if it’s just mine then that sucks. But it’s not a huge mess up. But I just hope it’s just that episode at the end for mine. Cuz if not I’ll have to see if I can get a new one sent to me after I watch it all.
Yeah I haven't experienced that, unfortunately I think it might just be yours. That sucks. If you only bought it a little while ago you might be able to exchange it. The other option you have which is not necessarily as legit as you would think but would work is you can purchase it again switch out the discs that need to be switched and return it as if it is damaged.
@@sir.reelcinema well I just got it this past Saturday so it’s only been 2-3 days and I have 90 days to return it for money back or try to exchange it for another one. I mean luckily like I said it was just that one part which was like maybe 1 minute or 2 in the end of season 1 episode 12. You sure it hasn’t happen to you cuz it’s kinda easy to miss in a way. Cuz it sounds like nothing is wrong with it but when molder and skully are talking and skully end dialogue the talking sounds low and far away. It’s not a major major problem sense it’s right at the end of the episode which is why I’m watching the whole series and writing down every thing that’s wrong with mine and so far that’s the only tiny problem with it.

Is the UK disc set the exact same as the first release of the US set. Meaning, wasn't there picture and audio issues on some disc's from the first US release? Just wanted to know if those issues are on the UK or are they the corrected discs now?
Well I ended up caving and couldn’t take the risk on passing up on this great set lol before it ends up going up to like $400 or some krazy price lol 😂
Are the video/audio quality the same as the collectors set? I been thinking about getting this one but not sure if it uses the tv aspect ratio and resolution
Unfortunately, it is exactly the same. And I am not 100% satisfied with the way they’re in the cases stacked on top of each other. If I would have, I would’ve gotten a different set or preferred them to be in their own individual case for the price not bad now you can get the same one I believe at Walmart.

I seen ascreenshots of the blue ray individual season one and is much clearer than the dvd season one I purchased, plus it's 16:9 instead of 4:3 like the dvd. The one you reviewed is much cheaper than buying them individually or the whole collector set, but the stacking thing kinda turns me off. I was just trying to decide if i want to purchase them individually slowly as I get through the seasons or just buy this one and have all of them so I'm not trying to track any of them down. Thanks!

Yeah I haven't experienced that, unfortunately I think it might just be yours. That sucks. If you only bought it a little while ago you might be able to exchange it. Wish there was a way to purchase this in the States! HMV doesn’t ship here which sucks because they seem to be the only spot that restocks it.
