- Join me as I travel the region of Unova only using pokemon from outside the region. So many genwunners out there claim that the newer pokemon suck, so I'm here to try and get in their mindset and use the oldies. Do you think I have what it takes to beat this run? Come find out!

If they make remake of old gens. Just make a story set years later so we can get more pokemon instead of the whole diamond pearl situation again.
That wouldn’t really make sense tho because the original protagonist already caught the main legend.

It could happen. In the indigo disk, there is a specifc interaction in the club room that hints to the pwt. And the way it was worded could only imply a pwt in a game that is after black and white 2

I didn’t mention this in the video, but I think the only option I had in the outer grass there is Mareep, but if we went for riolu inside, we would’ve had to do the rival fight with sunkern alone, which I’m not sure if that would’ve been possible

People swear by gen 1 because we are old and that’s what Pokémon looked like to us and the designs have changed over time which is hard to digest.. I’m mainly a fan of gen 1-3 but there’s good mons in every gen

Um in the 4th gym. The electric 1. He has a vibrava at level 30. But it dosent evolve into vibrava till 35 lmao? 😅 kinda want to know what happened there
I turned the make evolutions easier button on in the universal randomizer, I won’t turn that on in my future runs!

Yeahhhh I think the grass I got Malcontent in only had mareep there, the problem is I would’ve had to take on the rival with sunkern alone if I wanted to go for the other grass, and I don’t think that would’ve been possible with even worse moves than what I had for the gym!

I accidentally turned on easier evolutions in the universal randomizer, for runs in the future I won’t be doing that

Yeah exactly it’s a bit frustrating, I get the idea of having those late evos for pokemon found later in the game, but like at that point nobody is adding Rufflet to their team right before the elite 4

@@superlombax1561 The problem with gen 5 is that you get so many mons way to late in the game and at that point why bother. I already have a full team I don't wanna grind up another Mon just for the pokemon league. Gen 7 had jangmo-o only available in vast poni canyon but by the time you get it you basically get kommo-o after 2 levels making it easy to fit on teams
Fyi Sunkern evolution is a bad Pokémon so it was good to let faint

Ima be real with you cheif, when you said “evs are important” near the end, i was kinda like “i knew him not actually grinding to get EVs would bite him in the butt”. Do yourself a solid: Actually work for your levels and EVs. Cheating is cringe, hard work and grinding is based.
