This is so well timed- my biggest goal this year is to shuffle at EDC, but burnout and seasonal depression have me feeling massively blocked from taking on learning new things. This plan will keep me accountable and I appreciate it so much! Thanks for all you do!
Thank you!! I started learning to shuffle the beginning of January using a beginner tutorial video of yours. Having a laid out training schedule is a perfect way to stay focused and keep learning, muchly appreciated!!
Exactly what I needed🎉 i've been trying to shuffle for years.. i kinda got the basics down but never get to the point where I'm really good so that I can dance in public without trippin all over the place😅
This is probably your best video for getting a good progression down in the learning process. Milking a hip injury and shin splints so this will be good when I get back into training. I’m a 230lbs guy so it takes some power and athleticism to get these moves down. I need to go on a cut before Miami Music Week. Shuffle is a workout
Congrats on your new space. I started watching your vids at apt. Now a home. Gonna give it another honest try at shuffling. My balance is off due to tbi. I have to do with a walking stick in hand. Love to see you do it with a stick in hand.
very nice introductory video. I am thinking to sharing it to friends. I would like to share a variation that worked for me so far at the very end (the choreo). I like to pick specific moves from them and practice them separately. Instead of practicing a whole choreo. It works better with the "15 min new step - 15 min fun" tip at the beginning of the video.
Thank you for this. I was subscribed to your vault and ran across this today. I wholly recommend subscribing to your vault to those who want to study and look at everything, at a month tryout price much less than a single lesson. I say this as a former state-licensed teacher. I know this may sound like a paid promo but I have no connection with Ms. Ratzlaff and became interested in her smooth and knowledgeable moves here on youtube. Quality. This video you're watching contains advice about practice scheduling and for how long that is vital however you are learning to become good at this dance.
Ok I still don't get it why you don't have like a >1 mio. subscribers. Your channel is the best to learn shuffle as a beginner. Thanks to you I finally managed to do a proper running man. Keep it up and thanks for all your tutorials. All the best from Germany
Say less! I’m adding that to my content idea list now. And thank you 🥰 one of my 2025 goals is to really step it up with my style so that’s a huge compliment
@@EmyleeRatzlaff looking forward to it! I usually dress for comfort more than style but I'm trying so hard this year to build up my self esteem and you've inspired me. You ooze confidence and always look great 🥰
Ngl im going to my first festival next wkn,Ocaso in Costa Rica...i just started shuffling like in October after watching a bunch of videos(most of the ones on this channel )and getting a shuffle vault too. Im ready to roll out! Personally really like the glide step
you can also try making some portable mirrors. I used very thin plywood and sticker-mirror on it. Made 4-5 pieces of 0.5m*1,5m, very to move around and store. So that you can use any room you need

Girrl don't make me cryy, I was just thinking "i really really want time to learn to shuffle properly"

Liked it and will try
Very well timed, this was literally one of my goals for this year-- I wanted to show up to the fests extra zesty
I love that, can’t wait to see the zest at the fest 😉
Would love to see a shuffling outfits video and tips on where to shop. I love your cargo trousers! You have amazing style!

Emylee describes things really well and gives good tips...🎉❤
Awe thank you so much!!! Hope you have so much fun in Costa Rica that sounds littttttt!
Hi! Are you going to have any further discounts for your shuffle vault like you had in black Friday? Thanks
Hi... Will you drop the videos every week?
Do you have any song lists on amazon? I dont pay for spotify so i cant play that list you created 😌😢
Those shoes look comfy. What are they? :)
I'm always looking at my feet! XD The only room in my house with mirrors is carpeted. Any suggestions on an affordable dance mat?
Hmm good question, you could try using a large piece of plywood. I’ve seen people do that!
