Thanks for the lesson JJ. Great as always. As to the origins of these “living room” shows, Jeff Tweedy would (maybe still does) auction off a number of these shows for a Chicago charity. The winners would host him at their house for 20 or so friends. He would play acoustic Wilco and take requests. Really neat experience.
That rhythm kinda reminds me of The Cure "In between Days", not a big Wilco fan but "Being There" is one of my favorite albums. Wilco's "Exile On Main St." double album and all. Thanks for this JJ.
I love that low string sound. I sometimes think I should just take the 1st string off my guitar all together, given how often I play without using it. I've been thinking about restringing one of my guitars with baritone strings to see if I can get that tone all the time. I'm not the biggest Wilco fan, but Nels Cline is one serious player.
Here's link to the video JJ plays to: ua-cam.com/video/WGV9EdKTdQQ/v-deo.html In case you were wondering (about the story behind the gig) Jeff Tweedy auctions a private, living room show every year to raise money to buy Christmas gifts for needy local Chicago area kids. Remember, Wilco will always love you.

I can't say much about current Gibson quailty, but 15 years ago, they were making some damn fine instruments.
Love that Rusty Wallace jacket and J200 of yours
do you have these chords tabbed out anywhere by chance? thank for doing this, sounds great.
