I became interested in Mongolian throat singing when I was introduced to it by a documentary, Ghengis Blues, covering the travels of Paul Pena. Pena is a great "gutbucket" bluesman. He traveled to Tuva and collaborate with a famous throat singer, highlighting the similarities of the two singing techniques. 👌
