Guys, please be careful when purchasing OnePlus products. They kill the buds when a upgraded version is about to be launched. Almost everyone started facing battery life issues after the final firmware update for OnePlus Buds Pro. The service center denied me service during warranty saying liquid damage. I had to file a consumer grievance against OnePlus and go after them on Twitter and FB to get help because I was 100% sure there's no liquid damage. They finally picked my device up after about 6 months (out of warranty) and replaced it with Buds Pro 2. I had to fight to get justice! I am sure all of your buds have the same issue. They killed it with software uodate. You guys need to collaborate and collectively file consumer grievance to bring this to the attention of the authorities.
I got these when they released with my oneplus 11 and honestly the personalised feature is a really amazing feature cause like my ears mostly stay blocked cause of some ENT problem so I miss those small parts sometimes unless the audio is that max and cause of that I the normal audio becomes super loud, this fixes that issue and I am confident it's personalised cause while I enjoy the setting for me my friends feel it a bit loud on the low parts and real low on the normal parts so it works like a charm, initially since I got it at realease it had a major issue of connectivity where it suddenly would just stop playing songs but it's been fixed overtime, it's almost totally fixed right now, the only time I face issue is when I try to keep my phone in my pocket, but just get to close range and put it back in works like a charm, overall, I'd say one of the best purchases I've made

These are actually really good. The only ones within the same price range that are comparable are the edifier neobuds pro. The only things oneplus has over it is bt 5.3, a bigger battery and a better app but in all honesty, the neobuds pro, I've never faced any connectivity issues with that, it supports upto lhdc 6, and sound more fuller and slightly better to me than the OnePlus. In all honesty, the only complain I have is the app. Both the buds are great choices, but I just prefer the neobuds

I will say that the sound stage of the neobuds is slightly better but then again, you can customise the sound stage of the buds pro 2 to your liking. So if you were to ask my honest opinion, I'd say go for OnePlus unless you're an edifier fan. You get way more features and a decent product for the price.
