By fisics alone he needs to not only be fast but also some version of slowing down time since for him to as fast as he is going he would destroy the surface he is running on
I like how nobody talks about how he can even move at super speed since gravity doesn't work like that, also how can he listen to music while he's running, did he change it to be on 500X speed?
And we can also say hes not moving at hyper speed when hes saving them. He does his own "flash time" but he still runs fast in that. So we can assume hes not using his max speed and people are not as damaged as you think
